Members have to dial just the 8-digit number (3988 0000) if they dial from landline phones in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chandigarh, Chennai, Cochin, Delhi, Hyderabad, Nagpur, Kolkotta , Lucknow, Mumbai and Pune.

Members from the other locations must dial the number with the STD Code of the nearest city from the list above.

STD code must be prefixed by all callers from GSM/CDMA mobile phones.

Business timings: 8.00 AM to 10.00 PM, Monday through Saturday and 9.30 AM to 5.30 PM on Sunday.

This is not a toll free number. Callers will be charged local call charges.
