I am happy to share with you that your resorts at Munnar, Goa, Coorg and Binsar have retained their Gold Crown status. Your resort at Goa is opening out additional facilities in October to make your family holiday even more enjoyable.

We are in the process of increasing our service capabilities across the company so as to provide you with services relating to holiday information, location guidance and directions, reservation, travel and so on. In addition, we are in the process of implementing a Customer Relations Management (CRM) package, which will help capture your preferences, enabling us to match our service to your requirements.
