Like egg, spinach is a nutritional powerhouse, it is a rich source of iron, Vitamin K, potassium and fibre. 

If you are a health-conscious person, or if your kids avoid eating leafy veggies, this simple and delicious spinach and egg roll recipe is all you need. 

Ingredients needed for Spinach and Egg Roll Recipe

  •     Onions (100 gm – finely chopped)
  •     Mustard and cumin seeds (10 gm)
  •     Spinach (200 gm)
  •     Garlic and butter (20 gm)
  •     Whole Eggs (4 nos)
  •     Yoghurt (150 ml)
  •     Mint leaves 
  •     Cooking oil
  •     Roti bread (3 nos)
  •     Turmeric and garam masala (10 gm)

How to Make Spinach and Egg Roll Recipe

  •     Heat oil in a cooking pan and mustard, cumin seeds, garlic and sauté onions until it turns golden brown. 
  •     Add the spinach and let it soften. 
  •     Add the spices in the pan, and let the spinach cook for a couple of minutes and keep it aside. 
  •     Whisk the eggs with garam masala and turmeric and cook it in butter.
  •     Add the spinach to the egg and mix well.
  •     Finely chop the mint leaves and mix it well with yoghurt.
  •     Place the egg and spinach mixture inside the roti, top it with a big dollop of mint yoghurt.
  •     Roll the roti and relish your breakfast!
