Ingredients needed for making Tossed Tofu with Asparagus and Oriental Vegetables Recipe

  •     Tofu (100 gm)
  •     Broccoli (50 gm)
  •     Green and yellow zucchini (50 gm)
  •     Spring onions (50 gm)
  •     Bell peppers (100 gm)
  •     Soy sauce (20 ml)
  •     Sesame oil (10 ml)
  •     Chopped onions (100 gm)

How to Make Tossed Tofu and Oriental Vegetables Recipe

  •     Slice all the vegetables thinly and dice the tofu in small pieces
  •     In a cooking pan, heat the oil, and sauté all the vegetables
  •     Add the sauces and stir well
  •     Toss the tofu and the spring onions and serve!
