My recent stay at Club Mahindra Saj Mahabaleshwar was nothing short of magical. This resort brilliantly blends grandeur with nature, providing an immersive and rejuvenating experience. The discovery of the resort’s 5-star barbeque restaurant was another highlight. The live barbeque by the poolside with the chef's personalised touch added a unique and memorable twist to my dining experience. "Look at it, it's just wow!" aptly describes the visual and culinary appeal. The homemade food at live counters was an interactive delight, bringing a fresh and engaging aspect to dining. As they put it, "Homemade food in live counters, it's just so cool right."

The food was so good, and the chhat made me cheat on my diet. Every meal was a gastronomic adventure, blending local flavours with gourmet excellence
