As per the new guidelines, neither a COVID-negative report nor an e-permit is required to enter Uttarakhand. Tourists only need to register themselves on the Dehradun Smart City Limited website before travelling. Earlier, people were required to book a minimum of seven days in Uttarakhand, it was then reduced to two days, and has been completely slashed now. Asymptomatic travellers entering Uttarakhand for less than seven days due to exams, business, or personal distress, are exempted from quarantine but need to pay attention to their health in case any symptoms do arise.
