We know that losing a loved one can be devastating. Thus, we will strive to soften the impact of the bereavement on the families of our employees.

MHRIL will walk the path with families of the bereaved by providing immediate as well as assured financial aid over the next five years.
#8: Support for Children’s Education
Even after five years, we will continue sponsoring the education of deceased employees’ children, up to Class-12 level.
