There’s something magnetic about Goa. Maybe it’s the rhythm of the waves, the scent of sea-salt in the air, or the way time seems to melt into one long, lazy afternoon. I packed my bags looking for adventure—but with room to breathe. Goa delivered both.
Basecamp: Club Mahindra, Varca Beach Tucked away from the chaos of North Goa, Club Mahindra in Varca was our little cocoon of comfort. The property is a vibe—lush greenery, a massive pool, and direct beach access that feels like a private slice of paradise.
Mornings started with the sound of birds and ended with a slow walk on the beach, toes in the sand, stars overhead. Scooters, Streets & Sudden Plans - No Goa trip is complete without renting a scooty. That was our move #1. With the wind in our hair and no real plan, we just rode—through sleepy villages, colorful markets, and palm-lined roads. We stopped when we felt like it. Coconut water here, a beach shack there. Freedom on two wheels.
Adventure Mode: ON Of course, we couldn’t just chill the entire time. Cue: water sports at Baga Beach. Parasailing gave us a bird’s-eye view of the coastline, and jet skiing? Pure adrenaline. We even took a boat ride to spot dolphins—and caught sight of a few, playful and carefree, just like us.
Sunsets, Shacks & Susegad Goa is best experienced slow. We found our favorite shack on Palolem beach—barefoot, salty-haired, sipping on chilled drinks as the sun dipped low in a fiery sky. Every meal was a love letter to seafood: butter garlic prawns, Goan fish curry, and bebinca for dessert.
No rush, no stress—just vibes. Nights to Remember Goa doesn’t sleep early. From beach parties to candle-lit dinners, the nights had their own magic. One evening we danced at a beachside bar under fairy lights, with live music and strangers who quickly became friends.
Another night was spent in the hotel jacuzzi, stars above, laughter echoing. Goa gave me more than memories—it reminded me to live in the moment. Would I go back? In a heartbeat. Next time, maybe North Goa. Maybe even monsoon season. But this trip—this sun-kissed, sandy, soul-fueling adventure.
