Kick off your morning with a rejuvenating yoga session on the lush lawn, or grab one of the bicycles for an exhilarating ride through the scenic coconut grove. After a hearty breakfast, make your way to Kihim Beach, just a stone’s throw away, where sunbathing and beachcombing await!
Back at the villa, dive into the sparkling pool or unwind in the luxurious jacuzzi. Gather your friends or family for some friendly competition with board games, or challenge each other to a game of carrom or kids foosball.
For those on a workcation, the villa offers a cosy workstation, allowing you to balance work with leisure seamlessly. As the sun sets, fire up the BBQ for a delicious dinner under a starlit sky, or relax on the balcony with a drink in hand, soaking in the tranquil ambience. Crystalline offers the perfect mix of adventure and tranquillity!

The kids' room is connected to bedroom 2. 
Includes a bunk bed, AC, and a wardrobe.

There are 3 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom. 
All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.
Jacuzzi are offered in one of the bathrooms. One of the bathrooms also feature a bathtub.

LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA
There is a living room with comfortable seating that opens to a patio. 
Includes TV, Wi-Fi and a sound system.
Comes with a dining area.

KITCHEN
Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking. 
It is equipped with all light cooking essentials, crockery, and cutlery.
Light Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

LAWN
There is a 7000 sq. ft lawn with two gazebos. 
There is an open garden with a sit-out space and a hammock.

POOL
There is a private outdoor pool. 
The pool is 5ft x 9ft with a depth of 4ft. Pool timings are 7 AM to 10 PM.

- In case of a power outage, the inverter can provide power backup. 
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Light Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. 
- The caretaker stays near the property premises. 
- This is a standalone property.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- A refundable deposit of Rs. 15,000 will be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. 
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
