Within the property, guests can play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk in the neighbourhood and embrace its beauty. They can relish a scrumptious barbeque meal and request for a bonfire to be lit up. Guests can also venture out on trails and indulge in birdwatching. They can also take the cycle for a spin.

BEDROOM 1
- This is a spacious bedroom on the first floor of the premises of the property featuring an attached attic. 
- The room offers a variety of amenities including a heater, king-sized bed, electric kettle, wardrobe and an electric blanket. 
- The room has an ensuite bathroom with a, geyser, towels and basic toiletries. 

BEDROOM 2
- This is a spacious bedroom on the first floor of the premises of the property.
- The room offers a variety of amenities including a heater, king-sized bed, electric kettle, wardrobe and an electric blanket. 
- The room has an ensuite bathroom with a, geyser, towels and basic toiletries. 

BATHROOMS
- There are 2 attached bathrooms. 
- Both bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

LIVING ROOM 
- There is a well-furnished living room on the ground floor of the property, enhanced with wooden accents and aesthetics. 
- It provides comfortable seating for up to 6 people and is equipped with a heater, fireplace, TV and a music system. 
- The dining area is a part of the living room and provides comfortable seating for up to 6 people.

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
- It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost.
- A barbecue kit/grill is available at an extra cost. 
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 for a duration of 2 hours. 
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES
- This is not a pet-friendly property.

- There is a CCTV camera that captures the external area and the living room for safety purposes. 
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 3 hours. 
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 
- WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio work fairly well here.
- Guests are advised to refrain from going for walks after sunset and before sunrise in order to respect the wildlife and avoid any unforeseen incidents.
- Loud music is not allowed post 10 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed only in designated areas.  
- Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
