- There are 6 bathrooms in the villa - 3 attached and 3 common.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
COMMON AREAS
- There is a living room on the first floor.
- It offers comfortable seating for up to 8 people. It is equipped with an AC, TV and a wired music system.
- There is a separate air-conditioned dining room that provides seating for up to 8 people.
- There are 2 lawns on the ground floor.
- Both are 650 sq. ft. in size and can seat up to 15-20 people.
- There are 2 terraces.
KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the villa kitchen.
FOOD
- Breakfast is complimentary. It will be served from 8:30 am to 10:30 am.
- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost.
GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to their rooms and common areas. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to shared amenities.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
STAFF ACCOMMODATION
Personal staff can be accommodated at an additional cost of Rs 1500 per person, per night, excluding meal charges.
ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy and play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk in the lawn and embrace its beauty. Guests can indulge in horse and camel riding, visit the nearby villages on cycles and interact with farm animals. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up.
ADDITIONAL COSTS
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 800 per day.
- Laundry services can be availed at an additional cost of Rs. 50 per item.
- Camel rides can be arranged at an additional cost if informed in advance.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- In case of visitors, there's a mandatory charge of Rs. 1000 plus taxes, per person, per day, for up to 4 hours.
HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- Since this is a shared property, there might be other guests in the dining area.
- Guests are advised not to step out after dark, as it may not be safe, given the presence of wild creatures around.
- Pets are allowed at the property.
- There is a CCTV camera that captures the external area.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours.
- The caretaker stays in the premises of the same property.
- Wi-Fi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel work fairly well here.
PET POLICY
- Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow pets at an additional charge of Rs. 2000 per pet per day.
- Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area.
- In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets.
- Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn area.
- As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
- Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
- Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.
HOUSE RULES
- Loud music is not allowed here.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- Outside food is strictly not allowed
- Drinking is allowed.
- Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
- No external vendors are allowed for Events Decor & Catering.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Stags are strictly not allowed at the property.
- Hookah is strictly prohibited
- Outside vendors for services like decor, DJ, catering, singing, bartending, and spa are strictly not allowed.
POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- Every guest staying at the property must provide original government-issued photo IDs for verification and submit copies of these IDs before the check-in date, in compliance with government security regulations. The property will only permit guests who submit their photo IDs to stay.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit of Rs. 10,000 will be collected.
- This full amount will be reimbursed within 5 business days after checkout, as long as the total number of guests remains unchanged, the checkout time is followed, and no damages occur.
- Guests must pay a mandatory security deposit of Rs 25,000 for events; amount may increase for larger functions at management's discretion.
