Located amidst picturesque, scenic views of the mountains, Springhills Villa & Ayurvedic Spa is a relaxing retreat providing an authentic ayurvedic massage and farm experience. A sprawling property with an endless list of amenities, it features cosy, comfortable interiors, ideal for you to unwind, along with an in-house dairy and poultry farm. Apart from having a sprawling lawn spread across 2 acres, with an attached gazebo, this villa also features a private swimming pool and a joggers’ track.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 3 bedrooms - all on the first floor. 
- AC, WiFi, electric kettle, TV, king-sized beds, separate sitting areas and attached bathrooms with bathtubs are offered in all rooms.
- 2 rooms have attached balconies with sitting areas. 

BATHROOMS
- There are 7 bathrooms in the villa - 3 attached, 2 bathrooms in the spa, 1 powder room on the ground floor and 1 open-to-sky shower near the pool. 
- The bathrooms in the spa and all attached bathrooms have geysers. Bathtubs, towels and basic toiletries are provided in all bathrooms. 

COMMON AREAS
- There is a living room on the ground floor. 
- It seats up to 10 people and is equipped with a portable music system, AC, TV and WiFi. 
- There are 3 separate dining rooms. 
- There is a veg dining room on the ground floor that offers seating for up to 10 people. 
- There is a non-veg open dining room on the ground floor that offers seating for up to 20 people. 
- The third dining room is open and is on the first floor. It offers seating for up to 20 people. 
- There is a beautiful 2 acre lawn with an attached gazebo.
- There is a jogging area that is spread across the property. 
- It can seat up to 24 people at any given time. 
- There is a private swimming pool.
- The pool is 30x18 ft. in size and 5 ft. in depth.
- There is a 360 degree verandah surrounding the property on the ground floor and first floor with chairs, tables and swings. 
- There is an indoor games room on the first floor equipped with a TV and games like foosball, carrom and ludo. 
- There is an in-house ayurvedic spa on the second floor. 
- There are 2 different spa rooms for men and women and it is equipped with steam tables, spa beds and bathrooms with bathtubs. 
- The terrace is on the second floor and it is equipped with open tables. 

KITCHEN
- There are 2 kitchens, separate for veg and non-veg. Guests may use both the kitchen to prepare their own meals. 
- Both kitchens are equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and a mixer-grinder. 
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

FOOD
- Breakfast is complimentary.
- Lunch and dinner can be provided a la carte, at an additional cost.
- The meals are prepared by 4 specialty chefs and can provide delectable North & South Indian, Chinese, and Continental meals. 
- Non-veg cooking and consumption is allowed.
- Outside food is not allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to their rooms and common areas. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is present at the property and is always accessible. 2 rooms on the ground floor are occupied by the host. A trained and responsible caretaker is also present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for up to 2 personal male or female staff members for no additional cost. The staff will be accommodated in the outhouse.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or play indoor games like chess, foosball and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk in the sprawling lawn or jog around the property. Guests can relax in the spa or head over to the terrace that overlooks some stunning views. They can make the most of the in-house poultry and dairy farm. They can also relish a scrumptious barbeque meal and request for a bonfire to be lit up. 

ADDITIONAL COSTS
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 800 for 3 hours. 
- Spa services can be availed at an additional cost. A spa brochure will be available at the property.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas.  
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances. 
- The staff stays on the premises of the same property. 
- WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time.
- All mobile networks work fairly well. 
- The owner occupies 2 rooms on the ground floor.

HOUSE RULES
- Loud music is not allowed post 10:30 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed only outdoors. 
- Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- One must wear swimming attire and shower before entering the pool. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Please note that outside food is not allowed.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
