Geometrica, the main unit, is Le Sutra Great Escape’s first offering of an art-themed villa. All the artworks and installations in Geometrica resonate with the theme of Indian and sacred geometry. The mesmerising art pieces are designed to elevate the energy of the home and provide our guests with an extraordinary stay! One look at the space tells you how creatively it has been put together, and every detail is very unique from scratch and has been created by our in-house designers, artists, and sculptors. The bedrooms are equipped with all comforts for you, to ensure a seamless stay. As a group, you’d never want to leave the poolside with a view of the hills, but if at all you do, you can hang out in the gazebo set up on the lawn and bask in the geometric vibe of it all. 

The additional second unit, The Annex offers soulful views and a tranquil ambiance too. Walk in the little door and you will be welcomed by the charming garden surrounded by flowering trees and the sensorial scent of peace this home has to offer. Down on the ground floor, the whole group can gather on the patio for delicious al fresco meals from Anglo Indian with a glass of wine by your side. Our favourite place to unwind is definitely the beautiful jhoola on the patio - it's the ideal place to flop down with a good book, hide from the heat and lose yourself in the swaying rhythm of the swinging jhoola. If you're lucky enough to claim the bedroom upstairs, then you'll even have your very own balcony, where you can sip your morning coffee as you admire the awe-inspiring views.

The Space:

Unit 1 - Geometrica

Bedrooms:
- There are 3 themed, well-furnished, eclectic bedrooms - all on the ground floor. 
- All bedrooms offer amenities such as queen-sized beds, vibrant lamps, ACs, TVs and ensuite bathrooms.
- Burgeoning with essentials that will make you feel at home, all rooms also offer a smoke detector, exquisite wardrobes, bathroom slippers and a digital safe locker amongst other things. 
- Roll-away beds can also be provided on request.
- Premium quality linen and pillows are provided in all rooms with themed cushions and runners.

Bathrooms:
- The villa has 3 ensuite bathrooms and 1 common bathroom by the swimming pool.
- All the bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.
- Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries including a shower gel, shampoo and lotion are provided.

Common Areas:
- There is a spacious living room on the ground floor, embellished with artistic sculptures, paintings and it overlooks beautiful views.
- It offers sofa-style seating for up to 10 people and is equipped with a TV, music system, books, tea/coffee kettle, Wi-Fi access and CCTV camera for security purposes. 
- The dining area is a part of the living room and can comfortably accommodate 8 people. 
- There is a sprawling private swimming pool, 40x15ft. in size with a depth of 4ft. It can accommodate up to 10 people. 
- Guests can lounge by the pool deck, complete with loungers. 
- The exteriors of the villa feature a lush lawn with a gazebo, with seating for up to 9 people. 
- Guests can enjoy an alfresco dining experience in the outdoor dining area, which can seat up to 6 people. 

Unit 2 - Annex

Bedrooms:
- With nature and greenery serving as ethereal backdrops, there are 2 bedrooms at this property - 1 on the ground floor and  1 on the first floor.
- Embellished with a palette of warm and earthy interiors; you will experience nothing but solace here.
- Each of these rooms are equipped with plush amenities like a comfortable double bed, AC, a 55-inch smart TV, separate dressing areas and Wi-Fi access.
- The bedroom on the ground floor opens up to the outdoor living space and the lush, serene garden whereas the bedroom on the first floor opens up to a spacious balcony with calming views of the Lonavala hills.
- Both the bedrooms are equipped with an ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
- There are 2 bathrooms at this property.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and plush toiletries.
- A separate dressing area is offered in all the bathrooms. 

Common Areas:
- When you enter this tranquil home, you will instantly be wowed by the abundance of nature and sheer earthiness of the entire home.
- There is a beautiful garden where guests can start their day with a relaxing cup of tea,  in the company of chirping birds, peacock callings and fresh morning breeze under the canopy of the beautiful trees.
- Right across the lawn, there is an additional outdoor living space that is covered enough to save you from the harsh summer heat but not too much, so you can enjoy the quaint outdoors.
- It is equipped with an outdoor bar-fridge and a water cooler; to make sure your drinks stay chilled and you, hydrated.
- As evening falls, you can head to the bar counter and pour yourself a glass of wine paired with a mouth-watering meal from Anglo Indian.
- The abundance of outdoor spaces means the stage is set to unplug from the virtual world and reconnect with the physical one.

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only, under staff supervision.
- It is equipped with a microwave, induction plate, refrigerator and water purifier. 
- A cleaning charge of Rs. 100 will be levied after using the pantry.
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

FOOD
- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost.
- Enjoy a scrumptious feast of your favourite gastronomical delights at the in-house Anglo-Indian Café and Bistro.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Outside food is not allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to 2 entire villas.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available from 9 AM to 9 PM. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 1 female staff within the villa premises at Geometrica, at an additional charge of Rs.2950 per day, excluding meals and taxes.

Nestled in a calm natural setting, no matter which part of the house you decide to lounge in, it will always seem like you’re connected to nature. The outdoor living and dining area is just blissful. Pour yourself a glass of wine at the bar counter and head to the gazebo and enjoy a mouth-watering meal from Anglo-Indian with the view of the charming garden. If you wish to change the scenery a little bit, you don't even have to go far to find things to do in the neighbourhood. Just a short drive away, there's a peaceful spot you can enjoy irresistible bhuttas with a view of the Pawna Lake or head to Mapro Garden and let them spoil you with their unending spread of jams, crushes, squashes, ice-creams and grilled sandwiches. When you head back, end the night with some indoor games, before you snuggle on the comfortable bedrooms. ADD-ON SERVICES
- Yoga classes can be arranged on request at an additional cost. This is subject to availability. 
- Art (Painting, Charcoal and Clay Sculpting) classes can be arranged at an additional cost. This is subject to availability.
- Guests may use the washing machine at no additional charge.
- A doctor is available on call. 

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- Please note that the distance between Unit 1 - Geometrica and Unit 2 - Annex are approximately 150 meters apart by walking.
- Please note that there is ongoing construction adjacent to the property, which may result in disruptions and inconvenience.
- Guests are requested to be cautious around the pool area as the floor may be slippery due to monsoons and other weather conditions
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the living room and the external areas for security purposes. 
- All-male groups are not allowed at the villa.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- Guests are requested not to fiddle with the sculptures or paintings.
- The wooden cabana might not be available during monsoon season.
- In case of a power outage, a generator is available.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same villa.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel work fairly well here.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
An escapist hill station surrounded by green valleys and waterfalls, Lonavala is one of the most sought-after tourist getaways near Mumbai and Pune. It is a great way to skip town and live in the lap of nature filled with scenic lakes, waterfalls and dams along with cliff tops and eluding caves and forts. So, while you are enjoying your stay at this property, here are a few nearby places and activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable.
- Head over to Bushi dam to have a relaxing time.
- Experience the thrill of the theme park in Imagica.
- Have some pictures clicked at the celebrity wax museum.
- Enjoy a serene view from Tiger or Sunset Point. 
- Trek in the surrounding hills
- Extreme Adventure activities at Della, India’s largest extreme adventure park happens to be a stone’s throw away from the villa

Getting Around:
- Distance from Pune Airport - 75 km.
- Distance from Lonavala Railway Station - 5 km.
- Distance from Lonavala Bus Stand - 7 km.
- Distance from Prathamesh General Store - 250 metres.

HOUSE RULES
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. There are smoking zones near the gazebo and pool area with ashtray receptacles placed for use.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Please do not carry any glassware in or around the pool. 
- After using the swimming pool, strictly avoid using the living room furniture in wet clothes.
- Guests are requested to be very careful around the pool area as the floor may be slippery.
- Kindly do not wear footwear inside the villa.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit of Rs. 15,000 will be collected at the time of check-in.
- If the length of stay is more than three days deposit may vary accordingly.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days after getting clearance from the Vista representative and provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
