The wooden, muted palette follows throughout the home, echoing a soothing charm. If you wish to head out, Joets is just 7 minutes away where you can enjoy some amazing live music. After some fresh cocktails & a musical session, you can head to Hollant beach - a hidden gem where you can enjoy a nice swim. If you’re in the mood to speed things up a little, Panjim is 30 minutes away.

Once you’re done exploring the city, the private swimming pool promises to be the perfect hang-out spot, whilst the balcony is ideal for relishing your morning tea, whilst savouring the partial landscapes of the river and clear skies.

This is neither a wheelchair-friendly nor a pet-friendly property.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
- This duplex apartment houses 3 spacious bedrooms - 1 on the upper level and 2 on the lower level. 
- All bedrooms offer a variety of amenities including an AC, Wi-Fi access, wardrobe and attached bathrooms.
- 1 bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the other 2 have a king-sized bed. 
- One of the bedrooms on the lower level opens up to an attached balcony overlooking towering palms. 

BATHROOMS
- There are 3 attached bathrooms.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- The duplex apartment opens up to a spacious living room on the upper level, with plush seating arrangements for up to 7 people.
- It is equipped with a myriad of amenities including a TV, wired music system, AC, Wi-Fi and a wired CCTV camera for security purposes.
- The air-conditioned dining area is a component of the living room and can seat up to 6 people.  
- The exteriors of the home boast a private swimming pool, 15.8x7.8 ft. in size and 4.6 ft. in depth.
- Guests have access to the pool from 7 AM to 8 PM. 
- Guests can take a leisurely stroll in the society garden, on the premises of the same property. 

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals at no additional cost. 
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, crockery and cutlery.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. 

FOOD
- Guests can eat-out or order in from nearby restaurants. 

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire duplex apartment. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

ACTIVITIES
Characteristic Goan home with hints of modernity spread throughout the home, Acacia Skies is a quaint duplex apartment nestled in one of the many serene neighbourhoods of Goa. Within the property, guests can wake up to the stunning views of the river and soak in the morning sun rays. Lounge and unwind in the drawing room, as you enjoy a Goan holiday lazing around. Gather your loved ones and play indoor games like cards and ludo. Reserve the evening for a relaxing soak in the private swimming pool. Relax, rejuvenate and go home with a bag of memories. 

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Washing machine can be used at no additional cost.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- Kindly note that this is an apartment unit on the first floor of a gated community. There is an elevator leading to the apartment. 
- Please note that there is no parking space available inside the society premises for the guests.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 8 hours. 
- Mobile networks such as Jio and Airtel work fairly well here. 
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Guests are advised to shut the windows and doors in the evenings, especially during the monsoon season, given the presence of insects and bugs around. 
- The stay is a part of a gated society. 
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the living room and external areas for security purposes. 
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property, in the staff quarters. 
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.

Getting Around:
- Distance from Goa International Airport - 5 km.
- Distance from Margao Railway Station - 49 km.
- Distance from Vasco Bus Stand - 8.1 km.
- Distance from Vasco Market - 7.7 km.

HOUSE RULES
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- A refundable deposit of Rs. 10,000 will be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
