Descend through the steps and you’ll reach another bedroom that is adjoined to a balcony. This balcony serves as a deck to go to the lawn and is decorated with many tiny plants and flowers. Perched up high in the mountainscapes of Mukteshwar, Alpine Haven offers a breathtaking stay in Mukteshwar. As the first rays of the sun kiss your face through the windows, you’re hit with the calming and pure breeze from the mountains. Head out to the verandah where you can sip delightful cups of tea while you watch leaves falling from the trees. The villa offers true solitude with its meticulously manicured lawn and beautiful sit-out spaces. With proximity to major attractions, Alpine Haven is ideal for a day's exploration of this divine city. Additionally for the adventurous, one can hike on the various forest trails and trek sports, exploring the hidden gems of Mukteshwar. As the sun sets down, head over to the viewing deck where you can experience true solitude and uninterrupted vistas of Mukteshwar.

BEDROOM 1
With the magical breeze from the mountains and rich wooden decor, this space on the ground floor is a tranquil haven and opens up to a balcony.
It is equipped with a king-sized bed, Wi-Fi, heater, electric blanket, workstation and a spacious wardrobe.
This room opens up to an attached bathroom equipped with geyser, hair dryer, towels and basic toiletries. 

BEDROOM 2
With the magical breeze from the mountains and rich wooden decor, this space on the first floor has a stunning mountain view.
It is equipped with a king-sized bed, a spacious wardrobe and a sofa chair with a coffee table for 2.
This room opens up to an attached bathroom equipped with geyser, hair dryer, towels and basic toiletries. 

BEDROOM 3
With the magical breeze from the mountains and rich wooden decor, this space on the first floor has a stunning mountain view.
It is equipped with a king-sized bed, a spacious wardrobe and opens up to a huge balcony with sofa, loungers and coffee table.
This room opens up to an attached bathroom equipped with geyser, hair dryer, towels and basic toiletries. 

BATHROOMS
There are 3 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom. 
All bathrooms have geysers, hair dryers, towels and basic toiletries.

LIVING ROOM 
The living room captivates one senses with its vintage wooden embellishments along with panoramic mountain views.
The living room has a sofa and chairs that can accommodate 6 people. It is equipped with a fan, TV, and WiFi.

DINING AREA 
The dining area offers comfortable seating for up to 6 people and is part of the open kitchen. 
It is not equipped with an AC.

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, electric kettle, toaster, induction plate and a mixer-grinder. 
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

LAWNS
This 4500 sq.ft. lawn is meticulously landscaped and planted with many tiny flowers, offering you the most majestic mountain view. 
The lawn has seating for 6 people.
There is cosy garden at the backside of the property with views of the Himalayan ranges.

VERANDAH & BALCONY
An extension of the luxurious comforts offered by the villa, the verandah is a calming space where one can sip cups of tea along with a view. 
The verandah can seat up to 6 people.
There is a balcony where guests can enjoy uninterrupted views of the surroundings.

VIEWING DECK 
Perched up high in the mountains, the viewing deck offers an uninterrupted mountain view and showcases nature's splendour.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Breakfast is complimentary.
- All other vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost.
- A barbecue grill is available at an extra cost. 
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- A bonfire setup can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per session of 2 hours.
- Guests can enjoy a karaoke session at an extra cost of Rs. 1000 per session of 2 hours. 
- The fireplace can be accessed by the guests at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per session of 2 hours.
- Amenities such as indoor games, torches, iron and medical kits can be accessed by the guests at no extra charge.

- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
