BEDROOMS
- There are 6 bedrooms - 3 on the ground floor, 3 on the first floor.
- TV, electric kettle and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms.
- All rooms have king-sized beds.
- Balconies are attached to the rooms on the first floor. 

BATHROOMS
- There are 6 bathrooms in the villa - all attached.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- The living room seats up to 6 people. 
- It offers WiFi and fireplace.
- There is a CCTV camera installed for security purposes. 
- The dining area seats up to 12 people. 
- There is a 11,600 sq. ft lawn with seating for up to 25 people.
- There are balconies with seating. 
- There is a terrace with seating. 

KITCHEN
- The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a gas stove, a water purifier, a toaster, griller, a refrigerator and a mixer-grinder.
- Crockery and cutlery are available.
- Guests do not have access to the villa kitchen.

FOOD
- Breakfast is complimentary. All meals are available in-house on an a la carte basis.
- Guests can eat out at nearby restaurants like Chacha Spa & Dine, Himalayan Rays Restaurant, Swagat Restaurant and Goodluck Hotel & Restaurant.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. 

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can play indoor games like cards, chess, jenga, ker plunk or ludo. Guests can take a peaceful in nature and embrace its beauty. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up. 

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- All male groups are not allowed.
- This is a pet-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support lights, fans and TV in the living room for up to 8-10 hours.
- There are CCTV cameras installed near the parking area, entrance, living area, lawn and dining area for security purposes.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability and may fluctuate at any given time. 
- Mobile networks such as Jio work fairly well here.

ADDITIONAL COSTS  
- Material cost for fireplace is chargeable.
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost. 

HOUSE RULES
- Loud music is not allowed post 9 PM.
- Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
- Eating in the bedrooms is not allowed. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

PET POLICY
- Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets at an additional charge of Rs. 5000 plus taxes with an additional pet cleaning charge of Rs. 1000 plus taxes for the entire stay.
- Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area.
- In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets.
- Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.
- As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
- Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
- Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
