StayVista at Aqua and Sage

Set foot through the brown doors for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway amidst endless greenery. Located in the serene town of Karjat, this quaint villa is nestled in a cosy nook, swathed in incredible landscapes and a refreshing breeze. It offers spacious indoor spaces, tastefully furnished with modern conveniences to ensure your utmost comfort. Seamlessly opening up to the outdoors, the home features lush green lawns and gardens and is situated by the river. Guests can take a lazy stroll by the river, enjoy a splash in the private swimming pool and savour the breathtaking views that are bound to surround them.

This is not a wheelchair friendly property. Pets are welcome!

The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 4 cosy bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor, 3 on the first floor.
- All bedrooms offer a variety of amenities including a king-sized bed, Wi-Fi access, AC, attached bathrooms and gorgeous views of the forest.
- All bedrooms on the first floor open up to the terrace. 

BATHROOMS
- There are 4 attached bathrooms.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- There is a spacious living room on the ground floor, equipped with sofa-style seating arrangements for up to 12 people.
- It offers TV and Wi-Fi access.
- The dining area is a part of the living room and offers seating for up to 8 people.
- The exteriors of the property boast a beautiful lawn, 4000 sq. metres in size. 
- Guests can enjoy a relaxing dip in the private swimming pool, 20x15 ft. in size and 5 ft. in depth.
- Guests can soak in the picturesque views from the private terrace, complete with seating arrangements and a swing.
- Guests have direct access to the river on the premises.

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, dishwasher, toaster, and mixer.  
- Crockery and cutlery are also available.
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.

FOOD
- Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- ⁠Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals.
- Please note that outside food is not allowed.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

ACTIVITIES
This nature escape promises a plethora of amenities and experiences. Within the property, guests can enjoy a refreshing splash in the private swimming pool or gather their loved ones and play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk near the pristine river and embrace its beauty.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- There is a friendly dog residing on the premises.
- This is a pet-friendly home. However, guests are requested to restrict their dogs from the pool & bathrooms, and bedrooms for safety & hygiene reasons.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- In case of a power outage, the inverter and diesel generator can provide partial backup.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food, except beef and pork, is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Guests are advised not to step out after dark, as it may not be safe, given the presence of wild creatures around.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the property for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.

HOUSE RULES
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
