Decked by the serene waters of Kochi, Aqua Vista offers an adventurous yet laid-back stay in Kochi. When you wake up in the mornings, you’ll be awake by the gushing and ebbing sounds of water hitting the shores. Set on magnificent acres of land replete with greenery, your morning walks at this villa are going to be magical as the dewy grass reminds you of times unknown. Enjoy a lavish spread of breakfast over the dining area, specially curated with many specialties of Kochi. Guests can also enjoy fishing with Chinese nets. There are provisions for cycling and boating and there is a swing and hammock too. One of the cultural capitals of India, Kochi offers many museums and forts that every history buff can explore. With proximity to many popular beaches, this is the ideal place to beach-hop. As night takes over, one can relish a barbeque meal under the company of moonlit stars and Kochi’s magical shores.

It is equipped with two king-sized beds, an AC, fans, Wi-Fi and a spacious wardrobe for the guests comfort.
This room opens up to an attached bathroom equipped with a geyser for hot water, towels and basic toiletries. 

BEDROOM 2
The bedroom is adorned with soft and tranquil hues that perfectly capture the essence of Kochi with its luxurious amenities.
It is equipped with a king-sized bed, an AC, fans, Wi-Fi and a spacious wardrobe for the guests comfort.
This room opens up to an attached bathroom equipped with a geyser for hot water, towels and basic toiletries. 

BATHROOMS
There are 2 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom. 
All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

LIVING ROOM 
The living room paints a vibrant canvas amidst the greenery and the river view, designed thoughtfully to enjoy time with your loved ones.
The living room can accommodate up to 6 people with its sofa-style seating and is equipped with an AC, fans, TV, CCTV and WiFi. 

DINING AREA 
The dining room is part of the living room and comfortably accommodates 6 people. 
It is equipped with an AC and TV.

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, induction plate and a mixer-grinder. 
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

POOL 
The pool is an oasis where one can soak up in the cosy waters on a sunny day. 
The pool is 25 ft x 14 ft in size with access from 8 AM to 10 PM.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided in-house on an a la carte basis.
- A barbecue grill is available at an extra cost. Ingredients will be charged as per actuals.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- A bonfire setup can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per night. 
- Amenities such as indoor games, torches, iron and medical kits can be accessed by the guests at no extra charge.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

PET POLICY
- Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets at an additional charge of Rs. 700 per pet, per night.  
- Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area.
- In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. 
- Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.
- As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
- Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
- Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
