Bay View is special because of its:

We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, we provide:
- Generator, AC, Wi-Fi, TV
- Washing machine, clothes dryer
- Iron, torch, fire extinguisher
- Medical kit, mosquito repellent
- Bar, indoor games
- Geysers, towels, toiletries
- Secured parking space for up to 3 cars inside and 2 cars outside the villa.

This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. Trained pets are allowed with prior permission at an additional cost of Rs 1,000rs + taxes, per pet — additionally, a security deposit of Rs 10,000 must be paid for pets.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 4 well-furnished rooms - two on the ground floor and two on the first floor of this property.
- Two rooms on the ground floor open up to the pool area.
- All rooms offer a comfortable king-sized bed, extra mattress, AC, and Wi-Fi.
- All rooms are equipped with an ensuite bathroom.

BATHROOMS
- There are 4 attached bathrooms on the ground floor and first floor of the property.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.

INDOOR AREAS
- There is an expansive living room on the ground floor of this villa.
- With its comfortable bench-style seating with soft cushions, this room can easily accommodate up to 10 people.
- It is equipped with a plethora of modern amenities that include an AC, TV, Wi-Fi, and a wired music system.
- The dining area is a component of the living room on the ground floor.
- It has a breakfast countertop that can accommodate 6 people. This room has ample other seating arrangements and can seat up to 8 people.
- Guests can savour the hot piping food as there is a unique arrangement for hot plates here.
- The living room also features a verandah.

EXTERIOR AREAS
- There is an attached private terrace with a bar counter overlooking the sea on the first floor of this property.
- Experience the whiffs of sandy air and wake up to the sounds of the azure beach waves while on your stay here.
- The terrace also features patio furniture and a table that can seat up to 8 people. It also has a wooden swing.
- This villa also has a private outdoor pool where guests can enjoy a de-stressing soak or unwind with their loved ones.
- It is 8x30 sq.ft in size and 4ft. in depth. The pool can be accessible up to 09:00 PM.

KITCHEN
- Additionally, they can choose to order in from the nearby eateries.
- The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, mixer, and grinder.
- Crockery and cutlery are also provided.
- There is a separate set of kitchen utensils that are also available for vegetarians.

FOOD
- Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- Additionally, they can choose to order in from the nearby eateries.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities and swimming pools.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

HANDPICKED EXPERIENCES
Overlooking the scenic vistas of the beach in Reis Magos lies this perfect seaside Goan getaway. Within this elegant and opulent property, guests can enjoy a multitude of carefully designed experiences that make their stay quite the memorable one. The outdoor private pool is a great way for guests to unwind. The terrace with an associated bar area offers a scenic backdrop of the aquamarine seas and pristine beaches at any time of day or night. It also features a wooden swing where guests can enjoy a steaming cup of their preferred drink. How about a brief round of indoor games with your tribe while spending some quality time together? And to top it off, guests can savour the delectable feast while sipping their favourite beverages.

ADD-ON SERVICES

- The washing machine can be used at an additional cost. The price will vary depending on the number of clothes.
- Guests can enjoy a bonfire session at an additional cost of 1000 for a duration of 2 hours.
- There will be an additional charge of Rs. 1500 per adult & Rs. 750 per child (age 5-12 years) over and above the maximum occupancy of 10 guests. This will include a mattress.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas and the terrace for security purposes.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all appliances for up to 24 hours. 
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 
- This property is not suitable for guests who use wheelchairs.
- Guests are advised to stay cautious of insects and bugs during the monsoon season.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- This is a pet-friendly property. However, only well-trained pets are allowed with prior permission.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio and Airtel work fairly well here.

Famous for its colonial-era style hues, this village is a major tourist attraction owing to its two famous architectural wonders; The Reis Magos Fort and Reis Magos Church. HOUSE RULES
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Guests can access the pool till 09:00 PM.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Pets are not allowed in the pool.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- A refundable deposit of Rs. 10,000 will be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
