The pool is perfect for a relaxing dip while taking in the serenity of the lovingly created green space around. You are bound to return refreshed and rejuvenated from your stay at Bella Vista.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 2 bedrooms - 1 family room on the ground floor, 1 on the first floor.
- The family room on the ground floor is a massive space separated by a glass wall, offering 2 queen-sized beds and a shared bathroom.
- The room on the first floor has 2 single beds and an attached bathroom.
- Both rooms offer an AC.

BATHROOMS
- There are 3 bathrooms in the villa - 2 attached, 1 shared.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- The home opens up to a spacious living room on the ground floor, furnished with sofa-style seating arrangements for up to 10 people.
- It offers a TV, and it opens up to the lawn on one side and the pool on the other.
- The dining area is a part of the living room and can seat up to 10 people.
- Make your way outside and you will land up in the snug lawn, with ample seating arrangements.
- Guests can unwind and relax in the private swimming pool, 15x10 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth.

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access.
- The kitchen is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

FOOD
- All meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.                       
- The meals will be delivered to the property.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.                           
- Guests can also order meals from nearby restaurants.
- Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide staff accommodation.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk in nature and embrace its beauty.

HOME TRUTHS:
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- All male and all female groups are not allowed
- We are unable to offer WiFi here. However, cellular networks such as Jio, Airtel, Vi work fairly well.
- The parking space is outside the villa.
- Kindly note, that the main gate of the villa will be locked by 11 PM. Guests will have to contact the caretaker if they have to enter after 11 PM.

An escapist hill station surrounded by green valleys and waterfalls, Lonavala is one of the most sought-after tourist getaways near Mumbai and Pune. It is a great way to skip town and live in the lap of nature filled with scenic lakes, waterfalls and dams along with cliff tops and eluding caves and forts. So, while you are enjoying your stay at Bella Vista, here are a few nearby places and activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable.
- Head over to Bushy dam to have a relaxing time.
- Experience the thrill of the theme park in Imagica.
- Have some pictures clicked at a celebrity wax museum.
- Enjoy a serene view from Tiger or Sunset Point.

Getting Around:
- Distance from Pune International Airport - 65 km.
- Distance from Malavali Railway Station - 1 km.
- The local market is at walking distance from the property.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
