There are 3 attached bathrooms. 
All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

LIVING ROOM 
This contemporary living room on the first floor has a stone fireplace and wooden furnishings.
There are sofa and sofa seats that can accommodate 18 people.

DINING AREA AND LOUNGE
This dining space is situated right next to the living room and comes with a  compact lounge.
This dining area can seat up to 6 people and the lounge can seat up to 3 people.

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, induction plate and a mixer-grinder. 
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

LAWN
There is a lawn with oak trees and ferns of the region. 
There is an open space for up to 40-50 people.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- A chef is available to cook vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals at an additional cost.
- A barbecue kit/grill is available at an extra cost. 
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Bonfire services can be availed at an additional cost of Rs 1500 per session.
- Fireplace can be lit at an additional cost of Rs 1500 per session
- Personal staff can be accommodated at an additional cost of Rs 1000 per person, per night, excluding meal charges.

- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
