The charming entryway, which boasts an indoor courtyard along with a water fountain and a swing, sets a pleasant tone for this reclusive getaway. Welcome the mornings with bright sun rays shining through the large windows as you plan your day ahead. Home to an expansive array of lounging areas, the private pool is at your disposal at all times whilst the terrace is perfect for a peaceful night of stargazing. The gardens and lawns are delicately landscaped and feature a gazebo that is embellished with cosy outdoor seating. However, the centre point of this generously sized villa is the absolute bliss and tranquillity that echoes in every nook.

This is neither a wheelchair-friendly property, nor pet-friendly.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
- This holiday home features 4 spacious bedrooms - 3 on the ground floor and 1 master suite on the first floor.
- All bedrooms offer a variety of amenities including a comfortable king-sized bed, AC, Wi-Fi, separate seating areas and ensuite bathrooms. 
- All bedrooms overlook the serene greenery that surrounds the property.
- The master suite also offers a TV.

BATHROOMS
- There are 4 ensuite bathrooms and 1 powder room. 
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
- A few bedrooms also have a bathtub.

COMMON AREAS
- The entrance of the villa features a petit outdoor courtyard, boasting a water fountain, potted plants and a swing.
- The courtyard opens up to the well-furnished living room that offers sofa-style seating arrangements for up to 6 people. 
- It is equipped with a portable music system, TV, AC and Wi-Fi access. 
- The dining area is a part of the living room and can seat up to 8 people. 
- The living area opens up to the attached balcony, which is furnished with outdoor seating arrangements and a swing, perfect for a quiet evening spent indoors.
- Boasting verdant green exteriors and tiled walkways, the home also has a 1-acre landscaped garden, with an attached gazebo. 
- The eloquently furnished gazebo features a daybed and rattan furnishings. 
- Guests can enjoy a relaxing soak in the private swimming pool, soak in the soaring Alibaug sun and relax in the gazebo. 
- The pool is 25x50 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth. 
- A cast-iron staircase leads up to the private terrace that overlooks the lush greenery, the pristine pool and the peaceful gazebo. 

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen. 
- It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery.
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.

FOOD
- Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- A barbecue meal can be arranged at an extra charge.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa.
- Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

ACTIVITIES
Promising a rejuvenating getaway in the scenic town of Alibaug, Birdsong villa is no short of leisure experiences. Guaranteeing solace, within the property, guests can start their day with a leisurely stroll on the lawn, amidst the chirping birds and gentle humming of the fountain. Carry a book to read peacefully in the gazebo. Gather your loved ones and play indoor games such as cards or ludo. Reserve the evenings for a refreshing splash in the private pool and relax in the gazebo. Head over to the terrace and end the day with a peaceful night of stargazing. Go home relaxed and with a bag of memories.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- There is a friendly dog residing on the premises of the property. 
- The road leading up to the villa is narrow and may not be concrete.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 8 hours. 
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Guests are requested to shut all windows and doors during the evenings, as the property may be prone to insects.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.
- Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug.

So, while you’re enjoying your peaceful stay at this property, here are a few nearby places and activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable.

HOUSE RULES
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit of Rs. 15,000 will be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
