The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 3 bedrooms - all on the ground floor. Each with modern decor and amenities, the rooms exude a cosy aura to make sure you feel at home.
- All bedrooms are equipped with a king-sized bed, extra mattress, AC, and a wardrobe.
- One of the rooms on the ground floor also offers a TV and a splendid backdrop of the lush garden.
- Bedrooms 1 and 3 have an ensuite bathroom replete with all modern necessities, geysers, towels, and toiletries.
- Bedroom 2 guests may use the shared bathroom.
- The visitors can unwind in the cold water bathtub in the ensuite bathroom that is part of one of the bedrooms.

BATHROOMS
- There are 2 ensuite bathrooms and 1 shared bathroom.
- All bathrooms are equipped with all modern necessities, including geysers, towels, and toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- Through the winding lanes of Nashik laden with lush greenery on either side, lies this luxe retreat that offers a breath of fresh air away from the urban cacophony.
- The spacious living room on the ground floor is the perfect space for a respite in the company of your loved ones.
- With snug sofa-style seating, this room can accommodate up to 10 people and is replete with a portable music system.
- Just a little further away from the living room is the dining area with a seating capacity of 8 people at a time. 
- One of the main highlights of this property is the infinity pool flanked by a massive deck that overlooks the cool blues of the Darna dam. 
- The infinity pool is 40x15 in size and 4.2 ft. in depth. Guests can access the pool up to 10 PM.
- Guests can choose to simply unwind here while soaking in the warm sun rays.
- The exteriors also feature a landscaped lawn with lush green hues that seem to amalgamate with the surrounding verdure.
- The lawn spreads up to an area of about 1500 sq. ft. and is replete with seating arrangements for up to 8 people.
- This is where guests can indulge in some healthy morning exercises, or jogs.

KITCHEN
- Guests can access the kitchen only for reheating purposes.
- The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, and water purifier.
- Crockery and cutlery are also provided. 

FOOD
- All vegetarian & non-vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available from 9 AM to 9 PM.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

ACTIVITIES
A getaway nestled in the lush foliage of Nashik, this home offers a variety of experiences. Within the property, guests can start their day with an elaborate breakfast, while they soak in the morning rays, and while on the deck. Carry a book to read peacefully while enjoying the azure hues of the Darna dam. Enjoy a refreshing splash in the private infinity swimming pool and bask in the sun. Take a leisurely stroll on the lawn. The indoor board games, and carrom, are a fun way to engage in some healthy competition with your friends and family. End the day with a soothing night of stargazing while savouring a delicious barbecue meal. Request a bonfire to be lit up. This charming abode is bound to leave you with a trove full of memories.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Barbecue meals can be availed at an additional cost.
- A bonfire setup can be arranged for an extra charge of Rs. 700 per session.
- A live guitar session can be arranged for the guests at an additional cost of Rs. 5000.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- The property is located in a secluded area. 
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- This is not a pet-friendly property. 
- The last 200 m. stretch of road leading to the property might not be concrete, especially in the monsoon season.
- In case of a power outage, the 63 KVA generator can support all appliances for up to 12 hours.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Please note that there is no Wi-Fi connection at the property.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the exteriors of the property for security purposes.
- This is standalone property.
- The caretaker resides on the premises of the property.
- Guests are advised to stay cautious of bugs and insects and keep the windows shut in the evening.

HOUSE RULES
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exteriors only. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Please note that hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises due to local regulations.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
