It is equipped with a wardrobe, AC, WiFi connection and an extra mattress for additional accommodation.

There are 3 attached bathrooms and 2 common bathrooms. 
All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

LIVING ROOM 1 & DINING AREA
The living room on the ground floor comes with a bar and dining space. It is equipped with an AC, sofa seating and TV.
There is a dining area that is part of the living room on the ground floor.

LIVING ROOM 2
The living room on the first floor has various games and is equipped with an AC, sofas, projector, home theatre system, pool table and carrom.
This room has an elaborate attached balcony that comes with a view of the lawn and pool.

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, toaster, induction plate and a mixer-grinder. 
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

LAWN AND BARBECUE STATION
There is a well-maintained lawn surrounding the property, perfect for picnics and pets to roam around.
A barbecue station is placed next to the lawn with seating arrangements.

POOL
There is a private outdoor pool in front of the villa,  37 x 11ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth
The pool is accessible from 8 AM-10 PM, making it an ideal hub for relaxation.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost.
- A barbecue kit/grill is available at an extra cost. 
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

PET POLICY
- Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets at an additional charge. 
- Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area.
- In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. 
- Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.
- As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
- Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
- Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit of Rs 10000 will be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
