The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 3 bedrooms - 1 on the lower ground floor, 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. 
- AC, WiFi, TV, king-sized beds and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms.
- The room on the lower ground floor has a mini sitout, the room on the ground floor has an attached balcony and the room on the first floor has an attached sitout with a mini pool. 

BATHROOMS
- There are 3 bathrooms in the villa - all attached.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- There is a living room on the lower ground floor. 
- The living room can seat up to 9 people. 
- It offers AC, TV and WiFi access. 
- The dining area is a part of the living room and provides comfortable seating for up to 6 people. 
- There is a 2,400 sq. ft landscaped lawn. 
- It can seat up to 7 people at any given time.  
- There is a private swimming pool on the lower ground floor. 
- The pool is 15x4 ft. in size and 5 feet in depth.
- There is a mini pool on the first floor. 

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals at no additional charges. 
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and a mixer-grinder. 
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

FOOD
- Guests can prepare their own meals or order meals from nearby restaurants. 
- Barbeque kit is available free of charge. 
- Non-veg cooking and consumption is allowed. 

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 1 staff member in the lower ground floor at no additional cost. However, meals will be chargeable. 

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or play indoor games like cards, ludo and pool. Guests can take a peaceful walk near the beach and embrace its beauty. They can also enjoy in the clubhouse and relish a scrumptious barbeque meal. 

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- Please note that the parking space is outside the main entrance where guests can park their cars at their own risk.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the society. 
- In case of a power outage, the society generator can support all the lights and fans for up to 6-8 hours. 
- WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio/Vi work fairly well here. 
- Please note that towels, linen, pillow covers, and toiletries will be provided every alternate day.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.

- Distance from Vasco Da Gama Railway Station - 8 km.

HOUSE RULES
- Loud music is not allowed post 10:00 PM.
- Drinking is allowed. 
- Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- One must wear swimming attire and shower before entering the pool. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- All-male groups are not allowed. 

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
