BEDROOM 3
This spacious cottage-style room is on the ground floor.
Includes an AC, a comfy king-sized bed, & a wardrobe. 
It has an ensuite powder room and an attached patio. 

BATHROOMS
There are 2 attached bathrooms and one ensuite powder room on the ground floor.
The ensuite powder room is not equipped with shower facilities.
Both attached bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.

KITCHEN
Guests can access the kitchen premises for reheating purposes.
Additionally, they can access the kitchen to cook their own meals at an additional cost of Rs.2000.
It is equipped with a microwave, oven, gas stove, refrigerator, toaster, water purifier, crockery, cutlery, mixer, and grinder.

PATIO
There is a spacious patio on the ground floor of the property overlooking the sandy beach. 
Furnished with a parasol and ample sweating, this patio can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.

LAWN
This home boasts 3 acres of a sprawling verdant lawn.
It is surrounded by coconut palms that give the home a beachy vibe.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.

- Outside food is not allowed.
- Guests can enjoy a bonfire session at an additional charge of Rs.500 per use.
- Pets can be accommodated at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per pet. 
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
Famous for its beautiful clear water, white sand, and cliffs, Nandgaon is a beach town located near Kashid 30 km away from Alibaug. Encircled by shrubs and trees called Casuarina, the natural charm of Nandgaon gets even better. If you’re looking for some peaceful time in unadulterated nature, Nandgaon should definitely be on your list. So while you’ve made it here and are enjoying a peaceful time in this property, here are a few nearby places and activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable.

PET POLICY
- Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets at an additional charge of Rs. 1000 per pet.
- In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets.
- Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.
- As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
- Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
- Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.

POLICIES
- A refundable deposit of Rs. 15,000 will be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. 
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
