KITCHEN 
- Guests have access to the kitchen for reheating purposes only. 
- The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, gas, water purifier, crockery, and cutlery.
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

BATHROOMS 
- There are 5 attached bathrooms and 2 common bathrooms - one on the ground floor and one near the swimming pool. 
- The bathrooms boast a geyser for hot water, plush towels, and essential toiletries for the guests' convenience.

POOL 
- The vibrant pool is 25 x 15 ft. in size and 4 ft. deep with access till 10 PM. 
- The luxurious pool provides an oasis for tranquility. It comes with a poolside gazebo where one can enjoy their favourite cocktails by the pool.

OUTDOOR DECK 
- The outdoor deck can comfortably accommodate up to 9 people.

LAWN 
- Enveloping the entire villa with greenery, the sprawling lawn comes with multiple sit-outs and is ideal for unwinding in nature. 
- It also has seating space that can accommodate 3 people comfortably. 

ADD-ON SERVICES
- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost. 
- A barbecue meal can be arranged and set up at an additional cost.
- Bonfire services can be availed at an additional cost of Rs.2000, per session, with an additional GST charge of 18%.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Amenities such as indoor games, mosquito repellent, gazebo, and medical kit can be accessed for no extra charge. 
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.

- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
