This bedroom on the first floor is located in the outhouse and comes with a balcony with a view of the hills. 
It is furnished with a fan, wardrobe, heater, an extra rollaway bed for extra accommodation, and an ensuite bathroom.
It is an ideal setting for young couples within a joint family who desire privacy.

BATHROOMS
There are 4 attached bathrooms with modern amenities. 
All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

LIVING ROOM
The living room is adorned with minimal pastel decor and large windows, offering a view of the lawn.
There are seating arrangements for up to 9 people along with a fan, heater, and a fireplace for convenience and entertainment.

DINING AREA
The dining area near the loft offers stunning views of the vistas as you indulge in a scrumptious meal.
This space can accommodate up to 6 people in one sitting. 
An outdoor dining setup can also be arranged for 4 people. 

KITCHEN
​​​​Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
It is equipped with all the essentials, a water purifier, crockery, and cutlery.

LAWN
There is a well-maintained lawn in the front and back of the property that spreads across 500 sq ft in the front and 900 sq. ft in the back.
There are seating arrangements for 8, making it the perfect spot for heartfelt conversations.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house on an a la carte basis.
- A barbecue kit/grill is available at an extra cost for a duration of 2 hours.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- An indoor fireplace can be availed at an additional cost of Rs.1500 for 2 hours.
- A bonfire setup can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 for 2 hours.
- A fire extinguisher is available on request.

PET POLICY
- Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets at an additional charge. 
- In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. 
- Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.
- As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
- Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
- Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.

POLICIES
 - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. If not adhered to, check-in will be denied.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- If there is any difference in the ID at the time of verification, check-in will be denied and the amount will not be refunded.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
