- Secured parking space for up to 2 cars and 6 bikes.

This is neither a wheelchair-friendly nor a pet-friendly property.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 4 well-furnished, spacious rooms - 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor.
- Each of the rooms here gives out a distinctive aesthetically pleasing vibe owing to the eclectic interiors.
- All rooms offer a myriad of amenities that include an AC, Wi-Fi access, TV, wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom.
- 1 of the rooms on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor offer a queen-sized bed, and the other two rooms are equipped with a king-sized bed.
- Both rooms on the first floor have a common balcony with enough seating space for up to 10 people in the form of tables and rustic cots overlooking the azure hues of the Nerul river.
- One of the rooms on the ground floor and one on the first floor have an extra single bed.

BATHROOMS
- There are 4 ensuite bathrooms and 1 powder room.
- All bathrooms are equipped with geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- Adorned in shades of blue, and an amalgamation of Indian and Portuguese interiors, this spacious living room is situated on the ground floor.
- Offering a hint of opulence, this room is equipped with modern amenities like 2ACs, TV, Wi-Fi access, and a music system.
- It also provides sofa-style seating that can comfortably accommodate up to 12  people.
- There is a dining area complete with a chic wooden table, which is a component of the living room on the ground floor.
- It can comfortably seat up to 12 people at the same time.
- The living room and dining area open up to the beautiful lush green lawn covered in a canopy of palm trees. 
- Covering an expanse of about 40x40 sq.ft this lawn has provisions for seating in the form of some relaxing loungers.
- As you venture further into the exteriors of this villa, catch a stunning view of the rippling waters of the river while lounging around the pool deck.
- The private rectangular outdoor pool is 40x20 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth. 
- Guests can access the pool between 7:00 AM to 07:00 PM.

KITCHEN
- Guests have access to the kitchen to prepare their meals at no additional charge.
- The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, mixer, and water purifier.
- Crockery and cutlery are also available.

FOOD
- Breakfast can be provided by the in-house cook.- Guests can use the kitchen premises to cook their own meals.
- Alternatively,  they can also choose to order in from the nearby eateries.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

Overlooking the scenic vistas of the azure river and pristine coastline lies this perfect coastal Goan getaway. Grab a steaming cup of your favourite beverage and watch the sky change its shades right from the balconies. Every nook and cranny of this charming abode offers a spectacular view. How about a brief round of indoor games with your tribe while spending some quality time together? The home also features a patio, where guests can huddle up and enjoy a jamming session.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- This property is ideal to host families only. Please note that all-male and female groups are not allowed.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support a few appliances like a few lights and fans for up to 4 hours. 
- Mobile networks like Jio and Airtel work fairly here.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. Loud music is strictly not allowed post 10:00 PM.
- Guests are advised to remain cautious of bugs and insects owing to the river and the surroundings.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- This is a standalone property.
- The caretaker resides on the premises of the property.

HOUSE RULES
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. Loud music is strictly not allowed post 10:00 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Guests can access the pool from 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- A refundable deposit of Rs. 20,000 will be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. 
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
