Opening its arms with a shimmering pool that is gifted with lush mountain views, Cascading Valleys invites you for a delightful stay. Within the property, guests can make use of the various indoor games offered. As the first rays of sun filter through the glass facade, one wakes up to the soothing sounds of the birds. Begin your day with a refreshing dip in the pool and click endless pictures in the backdrop of mountains. After a fun pool session, one can head out to the various vineyards located close to the villa. Discover the gems of the beautiful city as its convenient location makes it easy for exploring many popular attractions. As the sun hides behind the mountains and the tapestry of stars takes over, sip your favourite wine by the pool and enjoy a romantic dinner with your partner or loved ones.

LIVING ROOM 
The exquisite living room features white accents with direct access to the pool and features sofa-style seating for 8 people.
The living room is equipped with a fan, TV, WiFi, and a music system. Please note that the living room is not equipped with an AC and cooler.

It can seat up to 8 people and is equipped with fans and TV.

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only.

- It is equipped with a refrigerator, water purifier, induction plate, crockery and cutlery.

- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

POOL 
Enveloped by the peaceful breeze of the mountains, the swimming pool serves as a deck to dip in cosy waters and enjoy uninterrupted views.
The swimming pool is 30 ft x 20 ft with a depth of 4.2 ft in size. The swimming pool is available from 8 AM to 10 PM.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- A bonfire can be arranged and set up at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per session.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- We can provide accommodation for extra guests at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per person, per night and Rs. 1500 per person, per night for kids and adults respectively. 
- Amenities such as indoor games, torches, iron and medical kits can be accessed by the guests at no extra charge.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

House Rules
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete. 
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, 25 KVA the generator can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours. 
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Guests are advised not to step out after dark, as it may not be safe, given the presence of wild creatures around.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the common areas for security purposes. 
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 
- This is a standalone property.
- Please note that hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises due to local regulations.
- The property is in a secluded location. 
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
