This is not a wheelchair-friendly, nor a pet-friendly property.

The Space:

BEDROOMS

- There are 4 bedrooms - 2 on the ground floor and the first floor each.
- AC, Wi-Fi, and a comfy king-size bed with an additional rollaway bed are offered in all rooms.
- All rooms are equipped with an ensuite bathroom.
- Wake up to beautiful vistas of the lush greenery and mountains around which each room here has to offer.

BATHROOMS

- There are 4 attached bathrooms and 1 shared powder room.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- There are 2 expansive living rooms on both levels of the villa.
- The living room on the ground floor seats up to 12 people and the one on the first floor seats up to 8 people.
- Both the living rooms are equipped with an Air conditioning system, Wi-Fi and a TV.
- There is a dining room on the ground floor offering comfortable seating for up to 8 people.
- The living room on the ground floor is equipped with a wired music system.
- The living room on the first floor is equipped with a pool table.
- There is an outdoor pool overlooking the lush green expanses, 25 x 10 ft. in size and 4 1/2 ft. in depth
- There is an outdoor bar and lounge area with a beautiful setting amidst the green foliage.
- This home also features a lush green 3000 sq. meter lawn that can seat up to 12 people.

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, purifier, toaster, and an elaborate selection of condiments.
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

FOOD
-All meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.                    
- Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the jacuzzi. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for your personal staff at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per person per day, exclusive of GST and meals.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests are spoilt for choice with a variety of indoor activities they can choose from. Enjoy a competitive game of pool or ludo and cards with your friends or family. Take a de-stressing dip in the pool. Unwind by the pool or sip on your favourite drink at the outdoor bar and lounge area.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- There is a jacuzzi, however, it is not operational.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the lights, fans, AC and TV for up to 5 hours.
- The home is not wheelchair accessible nor is it pet-friendly.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio and Vi work fairly well here.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
Surrounded by lush green vistas and waterfalls, Karjat is the best place to escape if you wish to catch a break from the hullabaloo of the city. An ideal place for the adventure junkie in you, while here, you can indulge in various adventure sports as well! And, while you’re enjoying your peaceful stay at this property, here are a few nearby places and activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable.

Getting Around:
- Distance from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj airport - 75.9 km.
- Distance from Karjat Junction - 3.3 km.
- Distance from ST Bus stand - 5.2 km.
- Distance from Rushabh Supermarket - 2.4 km.

HOUSE RULES
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
