With a lawn spanning over acres, you can enjoy a quiet and calming meditation or yoga session with the chirping of birds invigorating your senses. Venture into the countless nooks and spots that are filled with plants & trees, best to create picture perfect memories with your friends and family. Kids will enjoy their evenings in the park that is filled with swings and slides, creating memories with their parents. The infinity located at the cusp of mountains provides you a calming and refreshing experience of swimming and dips. - This living room is located in the first villa and presents a sanctuary for enjoying fun-filled moments and conversations. 
- The living room comes with plush sofa style seating for 5 people and is equipped with a fan, mosquito repellent, CCTV, TV, and WiFi.

LIVING ROOM 2
- This living room is located in the third villa and presents a sanctuary for enjoying fun-filled moments and conversations. 
- The living room comes with plush sofa style seating for 5 people and is equipped with a fan, mosquito repellent, CCTV, TV, and WiFi. 

DINING AREA 
- The dining area is a separate section that caters to all your culinary needs and lets you enjoy the best of cuisines with friends and family.
- The dining area can accommodate up to 12 people.

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, induction plate and a mixer-grinder. 
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

LAWN 
- Seamlessly merging with the surrounding mountains, the lawn features extensively manicured greenery and flowers that are visible from all the rooms.
- The lawn can seat up to 8 people at a time.

GARDEN
- There is also a garden featuring swings, slides and many other amenities for the little ones to play.

PLAY AREA
- There is a play area featuring countless board games and indoor games where one can enjoy their time.

INFINITY POOL 
- There is a private infinity pool at the property that lets you enjoy a dip within the warm embrace of the mountains. 
- The pool is 40 ft x 20 ft in size with a depth of 4.5 ft.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost.
- A barbecue kit/grill is available at an extra cost. 
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- A bonfire setup can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per session.
- Amenities such as the common campfire, indoor games, washing machine, clothes dryer, torches, iron and medical kits can be accessed by the guests at no extra charge.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

- Distance from Vatakara Railway Station - 60 km.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
