From the moment you step through our quaint gates, a world of relaxation and adventure awaits. Check-in is a breeze, greeted by the scent of blooming flowers and the gentle sway of trees. Dive into our refreshing pool, or lounge on the manicured lawn with a book. As dusk falls, gather in the living room for lively conversations or cosy up by the bonfire under a star-studded sky.

Feast on delicious meals, crafted with local flavours and served with a smile. Fuel up for exploration as you roam the charming streets of Lonavala, discovering hidden gems and breathtaking vistas. BATHROOMS 
- There are 3 attached bathrooms.
- All bathrooms have geysers for hot water, towels, and basic toiletries.

LIVING ROOM 
- This spaciously designed area is the perfect gathering spot, providing ample space for connecting with your loved ones.
- It offers a sound system, Wi-Fi for connectivity,  AC, and a patio that opens up to beautiful views of the surroundings.
- There is a dining area as well that’s a part of the living room. 

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles, and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking.
- It is equipped with all cooking essentials, a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, a water purifier, crockery, and cutlery.
- Light cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

POOL
- A private outdoor pool, accompanied by a deck, beckons as the ideal retreat—a serene spot to immerse yourself in cool waters and rejuvenate.
- The pool is 20x30 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. deep. Guests can access the pool from 8 AM to 10 PM.

GARDEN 
- Nestled within a lush and cosy garden, this space provides the ideal venue for engaging in enjoyable outdoor activities.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost.
- The meals will be delivered at the villa.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- A bonfire setup can be arranged at an extra cost of Rs. 5000 per session.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
