The Space:

BEDROOMS
- This charming abode featuring eclectic decor features 4 well-furnished bedrooms - 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor.
- All bedrooms offer a myriad of amenities such as a king-sized bed, an extra mattress, AC, TV, Wi-Fi access and a wardrobe. 
- Two of the bedrooms on the ground floor feature a designated seating space with a 4-seater sofa just at the entrance and a patio as well.
- Both the bedrooms on the first floor are equipped with an attached balcony overlooking the verdant pastels of the surroundings and the lawn.
- All rooms are equipped with an ensuite bathroom.

BATHROOMS
- There are 4 ensuite bathrooms and 2 common bathrooms - one on each floor.
- All attached bathrooms are equipped with geysers, towels, a separate dressing area, and basic toiletries.
- 2 of the attached bathrooms on the first floor also feature a bathtub.

COMMON AREAS
- Embellished with contemporary decor and modern furnishings, this charming abode features an expansive living room on the ground floor.
- Featuring a sofa-style seating arrangement for up to 12 people, this room also offers a multitude of curated amenities.
- The amenities include a 55-inch TV, portable music system, 2 ACs, and Wi-Fi access.
- There is a separate dining area on the ground floor that can accommodate up to 12 people at a time.
- It is neither equipped with an AC nor a TV.
- As you make your way to the first floor of this villa, you’ll find an activity room complete with ample space for some fun indoor games.
- It can accommodate up to 10 people.
- There are two such spacious balconies that are attached to the rooms on the first floor.
- Each of them overlooking the splendid surroundings have ample seating arrangements for up to 4 people each.
- Just like the tastefully done interiors of this property, the exteriors also boast a myriad of carefully designed amenities that add to this villa’s grandeur.
- As you enter through gates, set afoot the lush green sprawling lawns on either side of the well-paved path. 
- These well-manicured lawns cover an area of about 1500 sq.ft each and have ample seating space in the form of loungers and chairs for up to 6 people.
- One of the lawns also has a designated stage area, perfect for hosting events. Both lawns also have a fountain each.
- To beat the heat, indulge in a relaxing swim in the private plunge pool which is 8x12 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth.
- The plunge pool also features a deck area replete with loungers.

KITCHEN
- Guests can access the kitchen only for reheating purposes. There is a traditional Chula also available just outside the kitchen.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, an induction plate, and a water purifier.
- Crockery and cutlery are also available.

FOOD
- All meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide staff accommodation for up to 1 male and 1 female staff at an additional charge of Rs. 1000 per person exclusive of meal charges. The staff will be accommodated in the staff quarters.

ACTIVITIES 
Nestled in the midst of a vast expanse of greenery, lies this quaint property which features a multitude of activities to indulge in. These carefully designed experiences ensure that you and your tribe have a pleasant and unforgettable stay with us. Within the premises of the property, guests can enjoy some quality family time while playing some indoor board games such as snakes & ladders, chess, jenga, or other games such as carrom, badminton, twister and monopoly. Or try your hand at some new fitness regimes in the activities area. Stroll along the vast expanse of the green lawns or let your inner child out to play an array of outdoor fun games. Be it day or night, the balconies offer an amazing chance to catch splendid views of the surroundings and the sight of the twinkling stars above. Guests can unwind in the plunge pool or simply bask in the broad daylight while relaxing on the loungers. Guests can avail of the tractor ride and trail through the paths around the property. 

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Guests can also avail themselves of the tractor ride at an additional cost of Rs. 100.
- Guests can access the activity room, iron and torch for no extra charge.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- The location of the villa is secluded.
- This is a pet-friendly property. However, pets are not allowed inside the premises of the main villa.
- In case of a power outage, the 30 KVA generator can support all ACs, lights and fans for up to 5 hours.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM.
- The caretaker resides on the premises of the property.
- The property houses 2 friendly dogs for security purposes.
- Guests are advised to remain cautious of bugs and insects owing to the natural surroundings of the property. 
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the common areas for security purposes.
- This is a standalone property.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
