The Space:

BEDROOMS
- This charming abode, nestled in the lap of luxury houses 9 well-designed, snug rooms - 4 on the ground floor and 5 on the first floor. 
- The bedrooms are structurally placed around the pool with one side featuring 4 bedrooms on one of its sides and 5 on the other.
- Adorned in neutral blue and grey pastels, the rooms feature a cornucopia of lavish amenities that ensure utmost comfort.
- Some of these amenities include an AC, Wi-Fi access, wardrobe, cosy sit-out spaces, designated workstation, and much more. 
- 5 of the rooms on the first floor are also equipped with an attached balcony.
- 2 of the rooms on the first floor also offer a TV.
- Wake up to mesmerising landscaped views of the surrounding greenery amalgamating with the blues pastels of the pool offered in each bedroom here.
- 2 of the bedrooms on the ground floor feature 2 king-sized beds, whereas the others are equipped with a comfortable king-sized bed. 
- One of the bedrooms on the ground floor also is equipped with an extra mattress.
- 2 of the rooms on the ground floor are also replete with a centralised AC system.
- 2 of the bedrooms on the first floor also feature a mini-fridge.
- All rooms are also equipped with an ensuite bathroom. 

BATHROOMS
- There are 9 ensuite bathrooms and 5 common bathrooms.
- Guests can use the poolside washroom which also has an attached sauna room.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.

INDOOR AREAS

- This viridescent expanse also houses an elegant machan with equally comfortable seating arrangements for up to 4 people.
- From here, one can soak up the views of the vivid greens on one side and pastel blue waters of the river on the other side.
- A stroll through the premises will offer you a glimpse into the vivid pastels of the pebbled rocks, blending in with the lush greens.
- There is a garden walkway apt for kids to have a gala time. It also features multiple selfie points for you to up your IG game.
- The property's enormous outdoor pool, which could make any resort envious, is another standout feature.
- It is 60x30 ft. in size and is 4.5 ft. deep.
- It also features sun loungers, day beds, and an al fresco dining setup.
- Guests can access the pool up to 10 PM.
- The premises of the property also feature an elegantly designed Jain Temple.

KITCHEN
- Guests can access the kitchen for reheating purposes only.
- It is equipped with a microwave, oven, gas stove, water purifier, crockery, and cutlery.

FOOD
- The meals are included in the cost of the stay.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available up to 11 PM. If needed post that, an additional service charge will be applicable. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- The road leading up to the villa might not be concrete.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- The location of the villa is secluded.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support a few ACs, plug points, and appliances.
- In case of a power outage, the 82.5 KVA generator can support all ACs and fans for up to 8 hours. Additionally, the inverter can also support all ACs and fans for up to 4 hours.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.
- Guests are requested to stay cautious of bugs and insects provided the location of the property.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- This is a standalone property.
- The caretaker resides on the premises of the property.

It is a great way to skip town and live in the lap of nature filled with scenic lakes, waterfalls, and dams along with cliff tops and eluding caves and forts. So, while you are enjoying your stay at this property, here are a few nearby places and activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable.
- Head over to Bushi dam to have a relaxing time.

- Distance from Pune Airport - 92 km.
- Distance from Lonavala Railway Junction - 30 km.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit will be collected by the caretaker/ StayVista representative at check-in and returned at check-out, provided there are no damages or missing items. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
