The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 2 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 1on the first floor.  
- Attached bathrooms are offered in both rooms.
- A queen-size bed, TV, and Wi-Fi are provided in the room on the ground floor. 
- Along with 2 attached balconies, a king-sized bed is available in the room located on the first floor. 
- Heaters can be provided on request. 
- Please note that there are a total of 3 bedrooms for the guest’s use and another owner’s bedroom on the second floor of this property out of which guests can access only 2 bedrooms.
 
BATHROOMS
- There are 4 bathrooms in the villa - 2 attached, and 2 common bathrooms. 
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.
- A separate dressing area is offered in all the bathrooms.
 
COMMON AREAS
- The living room seats up to 8 people comfortably. 
- It offers a music system, TV, Wi-Fi, and a fireplace. 
- There is a CCTV camera installed for security purposes. 
- The dining area seats up to 8-16 people comfortably. 
- There is a 150 sq.ft lawn with seating for up to 2 people. 
- There is a terrace with an attached glasshouse and seating. 

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen
- The kitchen is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery.

FOOD
- Breakfast is complimentary.
- Guests can order vegetarian or non-vegetarian meal options on an à la carte basis.
- Guests can also eat out in nearby restaurants such as Anupam Restaurant, Royal Kitchen, Mahima Restaurant, and Al Kareen Restaurant. 

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to their rooms and common areas except for the kitchen and the owner's bedroom on the 2nd floor. Please note that there are a total of 3 bedrooms for the guest’s use out of which guests can access only 2 bedrooms. Since the property is a homestay, the owner may or may not be present. In the case where the owner is present at the villa, guests will have shared access to the terrace floor. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS\
The host is present at the property and is always accessible. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide staff accommodation, however, meals can be arranged at Rs. 450 per meal, per person. 

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can play indoor games like carrom, cards or Ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk near the lake and embrace its beauty. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Barbecue grill and coal can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 750 per use. 

- Bonfire can be availed at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per night, however, is not allowed on the rooftop, it can be arranged in front the property.

- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- Please note that there are a total of 3 bedrooms for the guest’s use out of which guests can access only 2 bedrooms.
- The guests have access to their rooms and common areas except for the kitchen and the owner's bedroom on the 2nd floor.
- Since the property is a homestay, the owner may or may not be present. In the case where the owner is present at the villa, guests will have shared access to the terrace floor. 
- There are CCTV cameras installed on the terrace, in the common corridor on the first floor, in the living area, and near the main entrance for security purposes. 
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support the basic appliances for up to 8 hours. 
- 1 car can be parked inside the villa while common parking space is available for up to 3 cars.
- WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vi work fairly well here.

Nainital is a hill station nestled in the foothills of the Kumaon ranges at an elevation of 1938 metres. So while you’re enjoying your peaceful stay at Garbyang Homestay, here are a few nearby places and activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable.

Should you wish to drive down in your own car, secured parking space for 1 car is available at Garbyang Homestay.

POLICIES

- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
