Engage in a game of badminton, and make the most of the many amenities of society. If you wish to step out, a cashew farm tour can be arranged. Drive down to the desolate beach that is minutes away. Binge watch your favourite movies and shows; the projector and karaoke is at your disposal. Click pictures in front of the many Instagrammable spots of the home. This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with geyser, fan, towels and basic toiletries.

LIVING ROOM 
Go down the basement and you will be greeted by the spacious living room that serves as the perfect refuge from the outside world. 
Apart from the sounds of the gurgling waves keeping you company, it is replete with plush seating for up to 8 people. 
With an AC, TV, Wi-Fi, projector set-up and a portable music system, you will be at your utmost comfort. 

DINING AREA 
A snug dining area, strategically placed just behind the living provides easy accessibility. 
The sofas and the table can comfortably accommodate 6 people. 

LAWN 
Step outside and you will be greeted with lush greenery that surrounds the home on all sides. 
The snug lawn of the home is 20x12 ft. in size, and is dotted with plants in the periphery. 
It is embellished with ample seating arrangements, including comfortable chairs and coffee table to devour a morning cuppa. 

TERRACE 
Take the beautifully painted, vibrant stairs upstairs, and you will find yourself in a private terrace-of-sorts, that overlooks the serenity. 
It features two swings and ample seating space for up to 6 people. 

PLUNGE POOL 
Although the sea is only a few steps away, you can also dip your toes in the private plunge pool, replete with a waterfall and colourful lights. 
The pool is 14x8 ft. in size. Guests have access to the pool from 8 AM to 10 PM. 
Children must always be supervised when in or around the pool. 

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen. 
- It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost.
- A barbecue meal can be available at an extra cost. 
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Cashew farm tour and a mining tour can be arranged at an additional cost.
- The society’s amenities are available at an additional cost of Rs. 250 per person, which must be paid in advance to the owner.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.

- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
