Start your day at Cosmo Zen in Lonavala with a steaming cup of coffee on the balcony or the sit-out space, soaking in the serene surroundings. Take a refreshing dip in the pool to invigorate yourself. Explore nearby attractions like the Mapro Garden and Wax Museum for a delightful experience. Return to the villa to engage in indoor games like carrom and board games for some laid-back fun. As night descends, savour a BBQ under the stars and gather around the bonfire for cosy conversations, making memories that will last a lifetime.

THE SPACE 

BEDROOM 1
- This is a spacious bedroom on the first floor that opens up to an attached balcony with a seating spot. 
- The bedroom is equipped with AC, WiFi, TV, and an extra mattress, 
- For added convenience, this room has an ensuite bathroom that is equipped with towels and basic toiletries. 

BEDROOM 2
- This is a spacious bedroom on the first floor that opens up to an attached balcony with a seating spot.

BEDROOM 3
- Situated on the first floor, the bedroom offers cosy vibes and minimal decor. 
- It is equipped with AC, WiFi, and an extra mattress, 
- Guests can access the common washroom.

BATHROOM 
- There are 2 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom. 
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
- There is a beautiful jacuzzi situated on the terrace that lets you unwind under the open sky. 

LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA 
- As you enter, you will be greeted by a spacious living room. 
- It is equipped with an AC, WiFi, TV, and sound system. 
- There is a dining area as well that is part of the living room. 

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, crockery, cutlery, and refrigerator. 
- Light cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

POOL 
- There is a swimming pool with a small waterfall that is perfect for unwinding and having a good time. 
- The pool is 10 X 20 ft, in size, and 4.5 feet deep.

PLAY AREA 
- There is a  small sit out space near the pool that is perfect for relaxing and playing some fun board games. 
- There is also a carrom board, where guests can challenge them.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 
- Relax in the heated jacuzzi for 3 hours at no additional cost, however, after that, a charge of Rs. 700 per hour will be applied. 
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

PET POLICY
- Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets at an additional charge of Rs. 1500. 
- Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area.
- In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. 
- Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.
- As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
- Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
- Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. 
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
