Embark on an adventure of calm and luxury at Cosy Crest villa, where every minute promises to be a heavenly retreat. As you travel the winding roads to our property, the enchantment begins, engulfing you in a spell that only grows stronger upon arrival. Wake up to the melodic symphony of birdsong and the hug of misty air. Wander through the gardens, taking in the peaceful atmosphere, before enjoying a delicious breakfast surrounded by nature. Spend relaxing afternoons sitting in the lawn or in the living room watching movies. As night falls, enjoy a barbecue feast against the stunning backdrop of Kasauli's vistas. When the night turns cold, gather around a blazing bonfire for warmth and companionship. Depart refreshed, with a treasure trove of beloved memories to bring you home.

- This room offers WiFi, AC heater, an extra mattress and a balcony. 
- It has an attached bathroom equipped with a geyser, towels and basic toiletries.

- There are 3 attached bathrooms.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

- There are two living rooms, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. 
- It is equipped with a cosy sofa set, WiFi access, a fireplace  and a TV on the ground floor. There is a pool table on the first floor. 
- There is a dining area as well that is a part of the living room. 

KITCHEN 
- The property features two kitchens, one is an open kitchen, while the other is attached to the open kitchen.
- Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only
- It is equipped with a microwave, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, electric kettle, crockery and cutlery. 

LAWN & GARDEN 
- There is a beautiful lawn that sits adjacent to the property which is perfect for your morning stroll or fun gatherings.
- As you make your way to the entrance of the villa, you will be welcomed by a charming garden teeming with lush greenery and vibrant blossoms.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Breakfast is complimentary.
- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost.
- A barbecue kit/grill is available at an extra cost.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Bonfire setup can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs 1500 for one session, with an additional charge of Rs 500 for each hour thereafter.
- Al fresco dining is available at an additional of Rs 2000.
- Extra mattress can be provided at an additional cost of Rs 2000 per night.
- A baby cot can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs 500 per day.

- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
