The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 7 bedrooms - 2 on the upper basement, 1 on the ground floor and 4 on the first floor. 
- WiFi, TV, AC, king-sized beds, valley views and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms.

BATHROOMS
- There are 8 bathrooms in the villa - 7 attached bathrooms and 1 common powder room.
- All attached bathrooms have boilers, towels and basic toiletries.

INDOOR AREAS
- There is a sprawling living room on the ground floor, with high ceilings and glass windows. 
- It offers sofa-style seating, and mattresses for up to 15 people and is equipped with a music system and an attached balcony overlooking the surrounding hills. 
- The living room also has a reading nook, with a selection of books for the guests to pick from.
- The dining area is a part of the living room. It can comfortably seat up to 10 people. 
- There is a mini-gymnasium in the basement as well.

OUTDOOR AREAS
- The exteriors of the villa feature a 5000 sq. ft. sloping lawn, with an attached gazebo, complete with a sofas, a coffee table and blissful views.
- The villa features a terrace, 12ft.x30ft. in size. 

KITCHEN 

Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking.
It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, induction plate and a mixer-grinder. 
Crockery and cutlery are available.

TERRACE 

The terrace is 12ft x 30ft in size. 
Guests can enjoy their morning breakfast while soaking in the amazing views all around. 

LAWN 

There is a 5,000 sq. ft lawn. 
There is also a terrace that is 12ft. x 30ft. in size. 
Guests can enjoy various outdoor activities.

FOOD
- All meals can be provided at an additonal cost on an ala carte basis.
- Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food except beef is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the games room. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to shared amenities. 

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

HANDPICKED EXPERIENCES 
Within the property, guests can enjoy and play indoor games like carrom, snooker and cards and ludo. Take a peaceful walk on the lawn and embrace the beauty around you. Enjoy your breakfast in the gazebo, amidst splendid views of the valley and waterfall. Make the most of the mini-gymnasium. Reconnect with yourself, and enjoy a calming yoga session. Hum your favourite tunes and enjoy a live music session in the company of your loved ones. Relish a scrumptious barbecue meal, around the bonfire. Spend the night on the terrace, under starry night skies.

ADDITIONAL COSTS
- A bonfire can be availed at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per use. 
- Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge
- However, if guests require assistance for using the kit, the charges would be Rs. 700 per preparation. Raw materials will be charged as per actuals. 
- Washing machine can be used at an additional cost of Rs. 40 per top and Rs. 50 per bottom.  
- A live music session can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 20,000 for 1.5 to 2 hours. 
- A yoga session can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 3000
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vi work fairly well here.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- Guests will not have access to the games room during the monsoon season.
- Kindly note that the left side of the home is covered in plastic to avoid water seepage.
- The living room is not equipped with an AC.  
- There is a CCTV camera that captures the external area.  
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support fans and lights for 8-9 hours. 
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 
- WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time.

A town originally discovered as a summer resort, Panchgani has come a long way. Now well-renowned as the tourists’ favourite hill station, it is a paradise, famous for its sunrise and sunset points. Sitting amidst five-hills of the Sahyadris, it is a great hilly spot for those who love to spend time outdoors. So, while you’re enjoying your luxurious stay at this property, here are a few nearby places and activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable.
- Explore the magical flora at Kaas Plateau, one of the UNESCO World Heritage sites of India 
- Familiarize yourself with art and celebrate creativity at Devrai Art Village

- Distance from Satara Railway Station - 50 km.
- Distance from Village Gureghar Bus Stand - 0.5 km.
- Distance from Panchgani Market - 6 km.

HOUSE RULES
- Consumption of beef is not allowed.
- Loud music is allowed. 
- Alcohol consumption is allowed.
- Smoking is allowed only outdoors. Smoking indoors is not permitted. 
- Guests are requested not to sleep in the living area. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. 
- Breakfast will be served only till 10 am. 
- Day visitors can be allowed, however, guests are requested to inform about the same in advance. 

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
