Resembling nothing short of a paradise - the indoor spaces are charismatic, the panoramas exude magnificence and the amenities promise a stay that will be cherished forever. Eloquently furnished, the spacious interiors boast ample common spaces to simply unwind and rejuvenate in. We love the presence of two drawing rooms, allowing larger groups to rest in solace, peace and the quiet. Walk out to the beautifully lush green gardens, and you will find yourself in something sort of a dream. The Space:

BEDROOMS
- This quintessential mountain home boasts 4 spacious bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor.
- All bedrooms offer a variety of amenities including a king-sized bed, hot and cold AC, heater, Wi-Fi, wardrobe, TV and an electric kettle. 
- Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom equipped with all the essentials. 
- All the bedrooms on the first floor open up to an attached balcony, offering breathtaking views of the valleys and Dhauladhar Range. 

BATHROOMS
- There are 4 attached bathrooms. 
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
- 2 bathrooms also offer a walk-in closet. 

COMMON AREAS
- As soon as you step into this quaint abode, you will be greeted by a mountainous charisma, welcoming indoor spaces and a pure refreshing breeze. 
- The home opens up to an expansive living room on the ground floor, furnished with sofa-style seating arrangements for up to 8 people. 
- It is equipped with a myriad of leisure facilities including a music system, TV, Wi-Fi and a heater. 
- As you walk further, you will find yourself in the second lounging space of the home, impeccably furnished with seating arrangements that can accommodate up to 8 people.
- This living room offers Wi-Fi and a heater. 
- There are 2 dining areas, each a component of the respective living rooms. One of the dining areas offers beautiful views of the valley and can seat up to 6 people, whilst the other can seat up to 4 people.
- The outdoor spaces are synonymous with verdant greenery and fantastical views. 
- There are 2 snug lawns on the premises, each 30 sq. mtrs. And 75 sq. mtrs. in size with seating arrangements for up to 4 people. It overlooks the surrounding gorges and hills. 

KITCHEN
- Guests are not allowed to use the kitchen to prepare their own meals. 
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, air-fryer, refrigerator, water purifier, dishwasher, toaster, induction plate and a mixer-grinder. 
- Crockery and cutlery are also available.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. 

FOOD
- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost, on an a la carte basis.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. There are 2  trained and responsible caretakers present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 1 staff member at an additional cost. The staff will be accommodated in the staff room. 

ACTIVITIES
Set in the Yol Cantonment, amidst the blissful town of Dharamshala, this holiday home is no short of a castaway experience. Days here begin with a brisk morning walk on the green gardens, amidst the stunning panoramas of the valleys and the Dhauladhar Range, whilst evenings end with a warm bonfire session under clear skies and a refreshing breeze. Guests can gather around with their loved ones and play indoor games. Evenings call for a lavish barbecue spread amidst the chilly weather. Carry a book to read amidst the beautiful vistas - the many glass windows of the home ensure you are never alone and are always in the company of the hills. 

ADD-ON SERVICES

- Barbecue kit is available at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per use. Groceries will be charged as per actuals. Barbecue food will be charged according to the menu.

- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 for the entire night.
- The bar area can be accessed at an additional cost. A valid permit for the same is required.
- A driver can be accomodated at Rs 1500 per per day inclusive of 3 meals a day.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- This is a wheelchair-friendly property; 1 room is on the ground floor. 
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- This is a pet-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 6 hours. 
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Guests are not allowed to use the kitchen to prepare their own meals.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Guests are advised not to step out after dark, as it may not be safe, given the presence of wild creatures around.
- One of the caretakers stays on the premises and will be available at all times
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.

This villa is present in the Yol Cantonment which is tucked in the Himalayas with deodar forests as a backdrop in Dharamshala, a panoramic hill station that has slowly become an integral part of all Himachal Pradesh tours. Famed as the holy residence of the Dalai Lama, it is a picture-perfect destination that boasts striking waterfalls, a splendid lake, beautiful temples and monasteries, and of course, vibrant museums and forts. HOUSE RULES
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in the common areas only. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
