If you love the thought of vintage, but feel most comfortable with all your modern amenities in place, Crystal Homestay is ideal for you. This holiday home is set inside a 150 acre estate, thereby assuring you ample greenery and pure air. The antique furniture creates a lovely vibe indoors, while outside there's endless trails to walk or cycle along and ponds that you can go fishing at. Enjoy a game of cricket or badminton outdoors, or board games in the spacious living room. Evenings call for a bonfire and barbecue, thus adding the perfect finishing touch to this gorgeous getaway.

This is not a pet-friendly property.

Space:
Let me walk you through the villa:

Bedrooms: (All bedrooms are on the ground floor)
- All bedrooms have flat-screen TVs
- All bedrooms have king-sized beds. Extra mattresses can be provided on request
- Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms

Living Room:
- The living room is spacious and has a seating arrangement for up to 16 people

Bathrooms:
- The villa has 4 private bathrooms
- All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply
- Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided
 

Kitchen & Meals:
- The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave and a gas stove
- Crockery is available for 15 people
- Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes and making simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking.
- Breakfast is complementary.
- Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.

Lawn:
- The villa has a huge private lawn
- The lawn can easily accommodate up to 50 people
- Events can be organized at an additional cost with prior notice
- Outdoor games like cricket and badminton are available at the villa

House Rules:
- Pets are not allowed at the villa
- Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. Guest may smoke outdoors.
- IDs are required for all guests
 
Additional Amenities:
- A torch is available
- An iron is available
- A barbeque grill is available 
- A bonfire can be arranged on additional cost for Rs 1000/-
- Guests may use the wardrobes
- A medical kit is available at the villa
- Mosquito repellent can be provided
- Laundry services can be availed at an additional cost
- A power backup is available at the villa
- Secured parking space for 10 cars is available

Other things to note:
- Feature in Times of India 
- There are CCTV cameras in the outdoor areas
- The caretaker present at the property can only speak Kannada. 
- WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time is available in all the rooms.
- Mobile networks such as BSNL/Airtel work fairly well here.

Guest Access:
- Guests have access to the entire villa and all its indoor and outdoor spaces.
- In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to shared amenities.

Staff Accommodation
We can provide accommodation for 1 male staff at no additional charges, excluding meals.

Interaction with Guests:
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A personal concierge is present to serve you on demand. Besides, a trained and responsible caretaker is also present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

Neighbourhood:
- This villa is conveniently located close to TATA Golf Course.
- Guests can indulge in activities like Fishing, Cycling or take a stroll in the coffee plantations
- Famous attraction is the Dubare Elephant Camp 
- Nearby eateries include Coorg Cliff Resort, Porcupine Resort etc

Policies:
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.

Apart from these convenient routes, the guests can also drive down to the villa as this property has ample amount of parking space.
