Dawn Ecstacy provides a variety of thrilling activities for anyone seeking adventure and the chance to fully engage with the environment. A thrilling way to see the scenery is via zip line over the lush hills, while pickleball courts are entertaining ways to keep active. Dawn Ecstacy offers something for everyone, regardless of your level of adrenaline addiction or desire to try something different.

- This master bedroom on the first floor is adorned with modern utilities and opens up to a balcony with a view of the valley and lake.
- It is equipped with an extra sofa-cum-bed, AC, fan, and a wardrobe for extra accommodation.
- This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries. 

BEDROOM 2
- This children’s bedroom on the first floor is adorned with modern utilities with utmost comfort.
- It is equipped with an AC, fan, wardrobe and a rollaway bed for extra accommodation.
- This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries. 

BEDROOM 3
- This guest bedroom on the ground floor is adorned with modern utilities with utmost comfort.
- It is equipped with an AC, fan, wardrobe, and a rollaway bed for extra accommodation.
- This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries. 

BATHROOMS 
- There are 3 attached bathrooms.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

LIVING ROOM 
- The living area is a haven of relaxation and tranquillity, enhanced with an outside balcony that offers breathtaking views of the hill.
- In addition to the breathtaking views, it has facilities including a TV, fan, and WiFi.
- It has a sofa-style and chair seating layout that can comfortably fit up to 7 people.

- There is comfortable seating for 6 people in the dining room, which has air conditioning.

- Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
- The kitchen has a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, fan, water purifier, toaster, grinder, crockery and cutlery.

LAWN 
- There is a sprawling lawn of 2200 sq mt covering the entire property.
- It can seat up to 8 people at any given time. 
- There is an open garden with a kids play area.

DECK 
- A deck is present at the entrance of the villa which offers stunning views of the surroundings.
- There is a seating arrangement for up to 3 people, making it a go-to spot for high tea.

POOL
- There is a plunge pool present on the property for a relaxing dip.
- It measures about 18x8 ft and is accessible from 8 AM to 10 PM.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost.
- A barbecue meal can be available at an additional cost.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs 1000 per session.
- A personal staff can be accommodated at an additional rate of Rs 1000 per person per night, excluding meal charges.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
