THE SPACE 

BEDROOM 1
- This bedroom is on the first floor of the main villa.
- Includes an AC, TV, Wi-Fi, wardrobe and hangers.
- There is an attached bathroom that is equipped with a geyser, towels and toiletries.

BEDROOM 2
- This bedroom is on the first floor of the main villa.
- It opens up to a balcony with a dam view and includes an AC, Wi-Fi, wardrobe, extra mattress and hangers.
- There is an attached bathroom that is equipped with a bathtub, geyser, towels and toiletries.

BEDROOM 3
- This bedroom is on the ground floor of the main villa.
- It opens up to a balcony with a dam view and includes an AC, Wi-Fi, wardrobe, extra mattress and hangers.
- There is an attached bathroom that is equipped with a bathtub, geyser, towels and toiletries.

BEDROOM 4
- This is a small cottage suite on the ground floor with a separate entrance. 
- It opens up to a dam view and includes an AC, TV, Wi-Fi, wardrobe and hangers.
- There is a common bathroom that is equipped with a geyser, towels and toiletries.

BATHROOMS
- There are 3 attached bathrooms and 2 common bathrooms. 
- All bathrooms have towels, and basic toiletries.
- 4 of the bathrooms have geysers. 1 of the common bathrooms does not have a geyser. 

LIVING ROOM 
- The living room seats 10 people comfortably.
- It has a projector set up.
- The living area does not have an AC, but a cooler is available to keep it comfortable.

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen for reheating food.
- The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, water purifier, microwave and crockery and cutlery.
- Reheating of food is allowed at the villa. Consumption of food is allowed in all parts of the villa, except the bedrooms. 

LAWN
- There is a large lawn that can accommodate up to 50 guests if an event is hosted here.

POOL
- There is a swimming infinity pool. 
- The pool is 35x12 ft. in size and 4.25 ft. in depth. The pool can be used from 7 AM to 10 PM.
 
ADD-ON SERVICES
- All meals are available in-house on an a la carte basis.
- Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- A bonfire setup can be arranged at an extra cost.
- The caretaker can go out to pick up food, groceries and alcohol.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

POLICIES
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. 
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
