- There is 1 ensuite bathroom along with 2 common washrooms situated on the ground and first floor, respectively. 
- The ensuite bathroom and the common washroom on the first floor is equipped with a geyser, towels, and basic toiletries for the guests' convenience. 

LIVING ROOM
- As you step into the living room on the ground floor, you’ll be greeted by ample space, chic interiors, and many modern and plush furnishings. 
- With the sofa-style seating arrangements, this living room can accommodate up to 6 people easily. 
- It offers a fan, TV, Wi-Fi, and a music system. 

DINING AREA
- There is an indoor dining space that is part of the living room.

- The pool is accessible from 8 AM to 10 PM.

- Barbecue grill can be arranged for an additional charge.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.

PET POLICY
- Pets are welcome at this property with a security deposit of Rs. 5000 per pet.
- Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area.
- In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. 
- Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.
- As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
- Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket and food, as the towels/blankets and pet eateries at the villa will not be accessible to them.
- Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
