The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 3 spacious, well-furnished rooms brimming with natural light and spectacular interiors - 2 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor.
- The room on the first floor is situated in the attic.
- 2 rooms on the ground floor offer amenities such as a king-sized bed, extra mattress, Wi-Fi, TV, heater, and a wardrobe.
- The room on the first floor offers a queen-sized bed, TV, W-Fi, heater and a wardrobe.
- 2 rooms on the ground floor share an ensuite bathroom whereas the third room on the first floor has an attached bathroom.
- Guests do not have access to one other room on the same premises as it’s for the owner’s personal use.

BATHROOMS
- There are 2 attached bathrooms and 1 shared ensuite bathroom.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- There is an expansive living room complete with modern and elegant décor on the ground floor of this property, suitable to accommodate 7 people comfortably. 
- It is equipped with Wi-Fi access, a heater, a TV, and a portable music system.
- The dining area is a component of the living room on the ground floor.
- There is a multi-utility room with gym equipment on the first floor of this property.
- There is a snooker table as well as PlayStation gaming available in this room.
- The interiors also feature a balcony where guests can unwind and immerse themselves by grabbing their favourite literary masterpieces.
- The exteriors of this quaint villa boast a lush green lawn that covers an area of about 2000 sq.ft
- It has ample seating arrangements that can seat up to 6 people.

KITCHEN
- Guests have access to kitchen premises for cooking light meals like tea, coffee, instant noodles, and infant food at an additional charge of Rs.1500 per day. 
- Access to elaborate cooking is not allowed.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, crockery, and cutlery.    

FOOD
Guests can choose to eat out or order in from nearby restaurants.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the owner’s room.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide staff accommodation at this property.

ACTIVITIES
This perfect northern getaway has an exclusive assortment of carefully designed experiences for guests that ensure a memorable stay here! There is an in-house gym area for all fitness enthusiasts. The snooker table and indoor games are a good way to challenge your peers for a competitive round. The exteriors feature a vast lawn where guests may spend a leisurely morning stroll whilst basking in the calming ambiance and dewy grass underneath them. Given the abundance of natural light, each nook in the house is ideal for a quiet read while sipping a steaming cuppa.  And, as the chilly night sets in, guests can request a bonfire to be lit. 

ADD-ON SERVICES
- A bonfire setup can be made available at an additional charge of Rs.1500 for 2 hours.
- Guests can access the gym and PlayStation for no extra charge.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- Guests do not have access to one other room on the same premises as it’s for the owner’s personal use.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- This is a pet-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all fans and lights in the rooms and plug points for up to 5 hours. Please note that the inverter cannot support any heavily loaded appliances like heaters or geysers.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- No loud music is allowed here post 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the kitchen and external areas for security purposes.
- The caretaker resides on the premises of the property.
- This is a standalone property.

HOUSE RULES
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
