BEDROOMS
- There are 6 bedrooms - 3 on the ground floor, 3 on the first floor.
- All rooms have AC, WiFi, TV, king-sized beds and attached bathrooms.
- All rooms on the first floor have attached balconies.

BATHROOMS
- There are 6 bathrooms in the villa - all attached.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
- 1 bathroom has a bathtub.

COMMON AREAS
- The living room on the ground floor has sofa seating for 12-15 people. It has WiFI and TV.
- The living room on the first floor has sofa seating for 12-15 people and WiFI.
- There are 2 dining rooms on the ground floor with comfortable seating for 6 and 10 people each.
- The pool is 40x20 ft. in size and 5 ft. deep.
- The lawn is 2400 sq. ft.

KITCHEN
- Guests can prepare their own meals in the kitchen at no additional charges.
- The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, gas stove, refrigerator, water dispenser, toaster, induction plate, mixer and grinder.
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

FOOD
- Breakfast is available at an additional cost.
- ⁠For all other meals guests can choose to eat out or order in. 
- ⁠Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Prices are on a per-head basis and are subject to change according to availability and season rates.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim in the pool or simply lounge around it. They can hang out by the lawn or balconies, or play indoor games including snooker pool, table tennis and more.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- This is not a pet friendly villa.
- This is a wheelchair friendly villa.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all appliances for 12-14 hours.
- There are CCTV cameras near the swimming pool, main gate, main entrance, outside kitchen and guest room (1).
- WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as BSNL work fairly well here.

HOUSE RULES
- Loud music is not allowed after 10 PM.
- Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
- Pool is accessible till 7 PM.
- Guests must wear proper swimming attire and shower before entering the pool.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must share valid ID proofs prior to their check-in.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
