At Eden's Estate, you may live a life of comfort and adventure, with many opportunities for happiness and recreation. With its wide expanse of lawns and beautiful trees, it's the ideal setting for a range of outdoor activities. Our large lawn is a peaceful haven, perfect for relaxing while enjoying a lively game of frisbee, taking a stroll, or just taking in the beauty of nature. Furthermore, the deck's outdoor pool is a peaceful oasis of leisure, not merely a place to swim. Enjoy a cool beverage, unwind on cosy seats, and allow the tranquil waves to lull you into a state of happiness. 

But the excitement doesn't end there. Come together for enchanting bonfire nights, where the crackling flames create an atmosphere of camaraderie under the starlit Nagaon sky. Indoors, a diverse array of games ensures that both the young and the young at heart are kept entertained. At Eden's Estate, every element is crafted to elevate your stay into an extraordinary experience.

BEDROOM 1 
- This snug master bedroom on the ground floor comes with a view of the beautiful outdoor pool.
- It is equipped with an AC, fan and single mattress offering extra accommodation.
- This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries. 

BEDROOM 2 
- This snug master bedroom on the ground floor comes with a view of the beautiful outdoor pool.
- It is equipped with an AC, fan and single mattress offering extra accommodation.
- This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries. 

BEDROOM 3 
- This snug master bedroom on the ground floor comes with a view of the well-maintained garden.
- It is equipped with an AC, fan and single mattress offering extra accommodation.
- This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with a bathtub, towels and basic toiletries. 

BATHROOMS 
- There are 3 attached bathrooms. 
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
- A bathtub is offered in 1 ensuite bathroom.

LIVING ROOM
- The living room is divided into two parts but are very near to each other.
- It is furnished with a cooler, TV with Tata Sky set-top box, portable music system and sofas that can seat up to 10 people.

DINING AREA 
- The minimalist dining area is situated in the kitchen for the guests’ convenience.
- It comprises seating arrangements for up to 8 people at one go.

KITCHEN 
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen. 
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, induction plate and a mixer-grinder. 
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

POOL
- There is an elaborate terrace available that offers views of the garden and horizon.
- The villa has a private outdoor pool overlooking the surroundings of the property.
- The pool is 11x45 mts with a depth of 4.6 ft.

LAWN
- There is a 10000 sq. ft front lawn with more than 50 species of flora.
- This lawn is the perfect space to indulge in some peaceful workout sessions and outdoor activities.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost.
- Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge.
- Bonfire services can be availed at an additional charge of Rs . 1000 per session.  
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Personal staff and drivers can be accommodated at an additional cost of Rs. 800 per person, per night
- If kitchen utensils are used for preparing meals beyond tea, coffee, or basic dishes, a utility charge of Rs. 1,000 will apply.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES 
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
- The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete. 
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the 30KVA generator can support all the appliances for up to 12 hours. 
- Connectivity in this area is limited.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Loud music is not allowed post 10:00 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture areas of the property for security purposes. 
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 
- This is a stand-alone property.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed on the property. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- Check-in is available from 2 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM.
- A security deposit of Rs. 5000 will be collected at the time of booking or while checking-in. 
- The amount will be refundable during check-out if guest count matches booking and house rules are followed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
