This master bedroom opens up to a view of the grand lake along with mountains on the side.
It is equipped with an AC, TV, roll-on mattress, fan, seating arrangements, cupboard, an iron stand and a mirror.
It comes with an attached bathroom furnished with a sauna area, geyser and basic toiletries.

BEDROOM 2 
This bedroom opens up to a balcony with a view of the grand lake.
It is equipped with an AC, fan, roll-on bed, seating arrangements, a cupboard and a mirror.
It comes with an attached bathroom furnished with a geyser and basic toiletries.

BEDROOM 3 
This bedroom is adorned with ceiling lights that give out mood lighting.
It is equipped with an AC, fan, sofa-cum-bed, seating arrangements, a cupboard and a mirror.
It comes with an attached bathroom furnished with a geyser and basic toiletries.

BEDROOM 4 
This bedroom opens up to a balcony with a view of the grand lake.
It is equipped with an AC, fan, roll-on bed, seating arrangements, a cupboard and a mirror.
It comes with an attached bathroom furnished with a geyser and basic toiletries.

BATHROOMS
There are 4 attached bathrooms and 1 powder room. 
All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
A sauna is offered in one bathroom.

LIVING ROOM
The spacious living room opens up to the sitting area on the porch and offers a view of the lake and mountains.
It is equipped with an AC, fan, seating arrangements for  14 people and a TV with an in-built music system.

DINING AREA
This dining area comes with a bar area where guests can make and enjoy their favourite cocktails.
There is a seating arrangement for around 12 people; 8 around the dining table and 4 on the sofas.
There is an AC installed along with contemporary holdings that elevate the look and feel of the area.

DECK AND PORCH
The deck offers a serene view of the lake and mountains and is attached to the porch.
Being an ideal space to unwind, the porch is equipped with a seating arrangement for 8 people.
There is a swing and cross trainer present to rejuvenate.

KITCHEN AND KITCHEN GARDEN
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, 2 refrigerators and an air fryer.
- Crockery and cutlery are available.
- There is a kitchen garden out in the front where fresh produce is grown and utilised for meals.

JACUZZI
There is an outdoor jacuzzi near the corridor that can be accessed free of charge and is complimentary during the stay.
To use the Jacuzzi, guests can inform the caretaker 4 hours prior to the usage.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost.
- A barbecue meal can be available at an extra cost. 
- The caretaker can prepare meals at an additional cost.
- A bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Upto 2 personal staff can be accommodated at the property at an additional cost.

- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
