- There are 3 bedrooms in this villa - 1 room on the ground floor and 2 rooms on the first floor.
- AC and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms.
- One bedroom on the first floor has an attached balcony.
- There are 2 king-size beds, 2 queen-size futons and 1 single bed at the villa. There are also 2 sofa beds and extra mattresses that guests can use.
- The bed in the bedroom on the ground floor is low in height.

BATHROOMS
- There are 3 private attached bathrooms in the villa.
- The bathrooms are absolutely neat and tidy.
- All bathrooms have electric geysers, towels and toiletries.

Guest Access                              
The guests have access to the entire villa including the swimming pool. The villa has a private entrance.  In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

Guest Interaction                          
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.The caretaker will be available from 9 AM to 9 PM. 

Kitchen
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.
- The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave and a water filter.
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

Food:
- Meal packages that include breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner are offered, subject to availability.
- All meals can be provided at an additional cost.

There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.

- The villa rental is located in a gated community and there are CCTV cameras in the outdoor area for security purposes.
- This villa stay in Lonavala is not suited for senior citizens.
- WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vi work fairly well here.

Taxis are available for transportation within the city. This villa is near Lonavala railway station & bus station. We also offer taxi services from the villa. Should you wish to drive down in your own car, secured parking space for 2 cars is available at EL Lodge. 

Policies  
 - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
